★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The NYX “offer”: you basically get an expired stinky product for free when you get three products. The staff wasn’t pleasant either. Waste of time and money. Threw away the expired makeup that I paid for. ?Don’t go to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Black Friday Scam: so basically I was supposed to get a 20% discount if my purchase was over 1000 czk. I go home and to my horror notice that the discount was applied ONLY on one of the products on the invoice. I made a purchase of two perfumes, around 1300 czk each. I would have been better off going there twice and buying each perfume separately, at least I could hope that black Friday discount would apply. Then as I wanted to return the products, the invoice said "no refund possible; only a change of products of the same value or higher or you get your money back in a gift card". What a nightmare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bunch of Zoeva makeup brushes. Immediately realized I ordered two of a wrong number. I tried to call/email to fix it. Never got an answer. The order was delayed 2 days. All of this was fine with me as Iit was following a sales event so I thought they were busy. I went to return the brushes in question and wanted to buy the right ones. Shop was devoid of customers and had about 5 shop assistants on duty. First one was pleasant, but thought you couldn't return goods from eshop. She called a surly looking colleague who said I need to bring in a wrapped package and they will send it to eshop. I should come back once I have it ready. (They offer a free pick up at your address so I was basically saving them money by bringing it in). She could also see that I am holding the original packaging and forms. All I needed was a pencil and a little guidance on the procedure. She did not volunteer any of that. The other colleague has tried to help me and the surly one called after her "I want you to continue serving customers". They were no waiting customers. Finally the colleague handed me a pencil, I closed the package and brought it back to the counter. No confirmation of receipt of the package was given and I was assured they never give one. I really want the brushes I originally came in for, but I couldn't bear to buy anything there. The lady has made it very clear that as an eshop customer returning something I am none of her concern. I am a native Czech speaker, so it was not a language barrier. Two stars only because of the lovely packaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience of my life. A middle aged, dark-haired woman first ignored us, because we were talking in English, then talked to us in Czech in a really aggressive tone of voice, even though we clearly didn't understand. If you don't like to deal with people from foreign countries, maybe practice your job in a small village and not in the city center of Prague.

The woman at the checkout was completely impolite and rude. When she took the goods, she was completely careless with them. Also behave as if we owed her something. For some reason she switched to russian, although I spoke English with her. I won’t buy anything from this shop ever again.
