★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super zákaznický servis, kde vám za 10min 20:00 řekne prodavačka v bundě a s kabelkou že za zavírají a platba jedině kartou. Protože přeci kvůli vůni za 2000kc nebudou počítat kasu. Co je toto za přístup??
 Super customer service, where in 10 minutes 20:00 the saleswoman in a jacket and with a handbag will tell you that they are closing and payment only by card. Because they won't count cash registers because of the smell for 2000kc. What is this approach ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Были постоянными клиентами этого магазина, но сегодня купили мужу и мне парфюм на очень большую сумму, были разочарованный, прийду домой, по коду узнали, что мой парфюм 2019 года и что ему уже истекает срок годности. Очень разочаровались покупкой, ведь это был подарок друг другу на День Святого Валентина, настроения ноль, благодаря вашему магазину.
We were regular customers of this store, but today they bought a perfume for my husband and me for a very large amount, they were disappointed, I would come home, they found out by the code that my perfume was 2019 and that it was already expired. We were very disappointed with the purchase, because it was a gift to each other for Valentine's Day, zero mood, thanks to your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolútne neprofesionálny prístup k zákazníkovi. Slečna, ktorá si v predajni skúšala parfem bola bola predavačkou nepríjemne upozornená, že 1, si tento parfem už skúšala 2, sa nemusí tým parfemom “oblievať”. Už sa vôbec nedivim, že je v tejto predajni stále 0-1 zákazníkov.
Absolutely unprofessional approach to the customer. The young lady who tried perfume in the store was uncomfortably warned by the saleswoman that 1, she had already tried this perfume 2, she does not have to "dress" with that perfume. No wonder there are still 0-1 customers in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragický personál, který jakoby “obtěžujete” svou přítomností, což je zvláštní, protože obvykle u nich nikdo není, tak by mohli být rádi, že se aspoň na chvíli zabaví. Kdo preferuje jinou podobnou parfumerii, dobře dělá!
Tragic staff who seem to be "harassing" you with their presence, which is strange because there is usually no one with them, so they could be happy to have fun at least for a while. Who prefers another similar perfumery is doing well!

When they noticed that I have absolutely no idea, they started to help me immediately.
After closing that deal, they just informed me about some special parfum deals at the moment and gave me some recommandations. And well... What can I say... They made me happy, too.
Because of the discount, they gave, it was more or less the same price as on the iNet...
