★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost. Milá ochotná slečna (zrz vlasy), která mi pomohla s výběrem. Doporučila možnosti a varianty skel. Vše vysvětlila. Brýle jsem díky širokému výběru měla vybrané během krátké chvilky. Brýle módní a za přijatelné ceny. Mohu jen doporučit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě nedoporučuji. Filtr modrého světla na sklech mění barvy více než tvrdili, pár hodin po objednání to již nebylo možné změnit. Stejně tak informace o slevě na další brýle byla klamavá, neřekli nic o délce platnosti slevy jen 14 dnů a další podmínky, při kterých sleva platí. Tato firma jen posílá vše k externímu výrobci do Polska.
I do not recommend for me. The blue light filter on the glass changes colors more than they claimed, it was no longer possible to change it a few hours after ordering. Likewise, the information about the discount on other glasses was misleading, they did not say anything about the duration of the discount for only 14 days and other conditions under which the discount applies. This company just sends everything to an external manufacturer in Poland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi příjemná obsluha, ve všední den kolem 18 h mi byli schopni za 10 minut změřit zrak a při výběru obrouček vytáhnout i několik barevných variant, abych mohla vše vyzkoušet! Dodání brýlí pak trvalo zhruba dva týdny. maximální spokojenost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ První a poslední návštěva vaší optiky byla pro mne včera večer velmi nepříjemná. První dáma milá a v pohodě, ale u druhé jsem příliš sympatií nepobral.
Nějakou dobu sháním určitý typ obrouček a u vás mě jich několik zaujalo. Pokud chci investovat své peníze, vybírám pečlivě a nějakou dobu mi to trvá. Mladá dáma mě celou dobu upřeně skenovala, až mě to donutilo se otočit a zeptat se jestli nevadí, že si obroučky zkouším. Její nepříjemné ne bez úsměvu mi mojí nerozhodnost velmi usnadnilo a z obchodu odešel. Poslední kapka při mém odchodu byla zřetelná kontrola stojanů, kde jsem před chvílí stál, jestli nějaké obroučky nezmizely. Chápu, asi špatné zkušenosti, ale zrovna toto se dá udělat profesionálně, aby si toho zákazník nevšiml.

The young lady stared at me the whole time, until it forced me to turn around and ask if I didn't mind trying on the rims. Her annoying not without a smile made my indecision very easy and he left the store. The last straw in my departure was a clear check on the stands where I had just stood to see if any of the rims had disappeared. I understand, probably a bad experience, but this can be done professionally so that the customer does not notice.
