I wish i could give them zero. These people are horrible i have ever dealt with. I bought 6s from them in december 2016. It fell into water in october 2017. I went to them. They said withon a week they will tell me what can be done with the phone. They kept it for more than a month with them for telling me I’ve to pay them 10k CZK for getting a used 6s with same features coz my phone is beyond repair. I took my phone back from them immediately asap. They took their sweet time to tell me. I took my phone to iphone point near this useless istyle after i was able to overcome this shock of losing my brand new 6s in 10 months. They repaired it in 3k in less than a week. But what i found out. These useless people of this useless istyle had already restored factory settings on my phone so no data could be recovered. DO NOT GO TO THIS USELESS SHOP. I would buy trash instead! Worst service ever! Zero for useless creatures.

DONT BRING YOUR OUT OF WARRANTY MAC HERE. For repair this place is really to be avoided. I've had several bad situations there, each time showing that they simply don't care about the customer. I would drop off my machine for repair, they promise 3-5 days maximum. After day 8 I call, asking where it is and they say it's been sitting there ready for pickup for 2 days - no call, no email, nothing. Most recently, my wife's out of warranty MBP 2015 was covered for a new screen under Apples quality program, but it also needed a new flex cable as the mouse and keyboard stopped to work. (I know this was the case as I had it checked in an Apple store in the USA, though unfortunately didn't have the time to get it fixed there). I dropped it off here, and after 10 days still no word. I call, they say again it's been ready for pickup for a while, yet no-one contacted us at all. When my wife went to pick it up they had replaced the screen, but not the cable, so the computer still didn't work. They gave the bogus reason that replacing the cable would not fix the problem - even when i showed them the official Apple work order for this exact repair. They quoted me 15,000 czk to fix. I ordered a new flex cable for 300czk and the mac works fine. It was very clear they were trying to scam me, and only did the repairs that apple pay them to do. Beware, DONT BRING YOUR OUT OF WARRANTY MAC HERE - they will try and rip you off. Don't bring your machine here at all for repair - find somewhere else. If only I had read the reviews before, I simply expected "apple authorized" to mean something. To quote SEVERAL other reviewers here - if i could give them 0 stars I would.

Shop looks nice, good, central location. Premium prices without the premium service. My customer service experience was far from what I would expect from an "Apple Premium Reseller". First of all, when I entered the store, it felt more like a train station than an Apple shop, as a dozen frustrated customers were standing in line - with no possibility to take a number and sit down or for the repair customers to be taken care of at the front counter. I was sent to this store from another iSTYLE nearby at Palladium, who forgot to mention (even though I specifically asked) that the Service/Repair department would close an hour before the shop's regular hours. The tricky thing was that even inside the shop nobody communicated this to us. What I noticed is that after having stood in line for about 15-20 minutes, all of a sudden a group of 5 people in front of us went over to the front desk. Assuming that those people may be together in a group, and that we would be informed by a professional staff if there was an issue, a lady and myself continued waiting in line until all of a sudden the lights were turned off at the Service/Repair desk :) The front desk guy was right next to us the whole time without saying anything. It was starting to look like a joke. So I stepped up to him and asked what's happening; he informed us that the Repair desk is closed, and we will need to stand in line at the front desk. So much for proactive customer service. We finally got to the end of the line - hallelujah. I asked the gentleman behind the counter what would be the price and time frame of the repair. "Sorry, we can't give you an exact price now, but if you leave it here, we will diagnose the problem for you for a non-reimbursable 500 czk." I sincerely hope I was polite when I responded to him that I would like him to go back to the shop NOW and ask the colleague a price offer. He promptly returned with a price offer (later confirmed by another phone call) which was between 50-100% higher than what I received at several other (non-iSTYLE) locations I called afterwards... :) Need I say more?

I would say that I fecad with a good responsible consultant - he helped to solve a question with my purchase (it was online purchase). I came at Saturday, and Jan Pulhrab helped. So, I can estimate the service for 5 stars. It was my experience.

I went in to get my battery replaced and was told it would be 15,000 CZK and that they "need" to replace other parts. They never even saw my computer because I just wanted an estimate! I informed them that the battery was the only issue but nothing could be done. My warrantee had expired and I refuse to be taken advantage of. I decided to go elsewhere and paid 3,500. BIG difference. Prague really needs an official Apple store.

Apple Buy Back program at iStyle is a joke. First they send you the code with an estimate of the price of your existing phone, then you get to the store, and in the mean time, their list price changed, of course to a lower one. On top of this, shop assistants try to downgrade the so called “category” of your existing phone to pay less money for it. I used Buy Back 3 times in the US, and never had such an issue at any Apple Store. I hope Apple will open their official store in Prague soon, because the behavior of the so called Apple “premium” resellers in Czechia is far from being premium towards its customers.

Went to ask if I can buy a new case for my earphones. Was told that that's possible, but I need to send my earphones to the Service to know the price and that then I can see if I like the price. If I don't I can decline. The price was ridiculous, almost the price of new headphones (600 czk less). So I declined and expected to pick up my headphones. BUT, then on top of that, they charged me for "diagnostics" of my issue... Which.... is ...bloody obvious... I don't have a case. No one told me about the extra fee, and is total robbery as why can't they just tell me the price of a case? Staff not too helpful either, they are there to get most money out of you. Really a Premium Resseler, you pay Premium for 0 service.

The worst service ever :) 2 guys just talking for 30 min, watching phone and slowly do nothing. But when I ask to buy Power Adapter really fast (I will give cash and you give me Adapter, it’s 1 min and pretty simple) they said that I have to wait. Thanks for wasting a lot of my time and buying nothing:) I’m not going to wait all day for you decision that you discussed enough
