★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel jsem koupit hodinky, nakonec jsem si nechal opravit odskakující LCD u iPhonu SE, prostředí bylo neformální což je za mne plus, cena byla naprosto úžasná, přístup byl bez pozlátek ale vstřícný a ochotný, rád se sem znovu vrátím
I came to buy a watch, in the end I had a bouncing LCD repaired on the iPhone SE, the environment was informal, which is a plus for me, the price was absolutely amazing, the approach was gilded but helpful and helpful, I'm happy to come back here again

The service is fully functional, there is a bell on the door, the working hours correspond - it never happened to me that it would be closed and no one opened it for me as written in a previous review, a nice gentleman who will always help and advise - "highly recommended"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very first time I charged my iPhone with an adapter in Prague, it had completely shut down and showed me a cable and an iTunes icon when I tried to use it. Apple support online was useless because I couldn't connect it to my laptop to restore the phone when I was in Prague and it was in Seattle. Nor could I access the serial number from settings when the phone wouldn't turn on. I also couldn't call for help as the website urged me to do. I spent hours (a fine use of the hours between 2-4 AM when jet lag kept me awake, but irritating, nonetheless.)
Somehow, I found Zdenek Tucek Iphone Praha (Klimentska 1237/7) online, just a 7 minute walk from the apartment we were renting. When I found his place, though we didn't have much language in common, he immediately understood what I needed and set to fixing my phone. Ten minutes later, my phone was restored and both my iPad and iPhone had updated operating systems. He said the apartment "wifi was bad"' which crashed the phone when it tried to automatically update the operating system while I had it plugged in to charge. He also REFUSED TO LET ME PAY him anything for his help! What a nice person!
I definitely recommend him to those who come after me. I also recommend delaying any upgrades until one gets safely home. The Apple message board had four others with the same problem I had, all of whom were also out of the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdenek is amazing, so I was traveling through Europe and my phone kept crashing and I went to a few places and found no working solution. As I thought the phone was permanently broken and had to be replaced, he figured out the problem (SIM card that keeps causing iPhone crashes) after a few trial and errors. This temporary solution would help my phone last until I return to China and get a new one. He is extremely patient and friendly and even though we had some language barriers he was extrmely understanding and usually knows what's going on right away. Great if you know some German/Italian and maybe Russian and Czech isn't your mother tongue. If you are ever in Prague, go to his store and get your phone fixed by him instead of having to wait 3-4 hours or even days at other stores! Almost 100% success rate!
