I bought a sim card for my phone here when I was studying abroad. I bought their most basic plan and for a month or so I had no issues, but they later added services to my plan without my consent or knowledge. When I realized they had added services I had not asked for, I went to the store to try to cancel. They told me that they couldn't cancel these additional services or charges, and if I didnt pay they would shut down all of my services all together. The staff was rude and took advantage of me being a foreigner.

Overall, the worst service possible. Asked about problem with my data. The guy suggested to purchase extra 2Gb. I did but it has not solved to problem and it appeared that it was not the case at all (I had enough of data remaining). After this visit I'm spending an hour already try to get anyone speaking English on their phone support. You can press star for English but will be answered in Czech, then you could be promised to be connected with english speaking assistant 3 TIMES and every new assistant will in reality not speak any English. What's wrong with you, Vodafone?

Thanks to this office I don’t use Vodafone anymore! I delayed the payment for my bills for December and January last year as I left home for Christmas and had a surgery so I had to stay longer. I didn’t use their services, but they don’t offer freezing your subscription even for 1 month. So when I came back to Prague in February and wanted to use my phone, I found out that it’s blocked and I have to pay 4500czk just to unblock it (and immediately after I would have to pay 1500 as a monthly subscription). The thing is, before I paid 800 per month, and it was my last payment in November, but apparently that was according to my previous contract as a student, and the automatically signed me up for a new one, with the same conditions, but 1500czk instead of 800. So, 6000 czk in total for using my phone in February. When the customer service employee told me this number, I was shocked, however, he seemed totally fine, as he was speaking with me offhandedly with his legs stretched on the shelf under the table (which felt almost same as if he’d put his legs 20cm higher - on the table, straight into my face). When I asked for the break down of the number, he was annoyed, told me I have no other option but to pay 6000 now. Amazing company with customer friendly options and incredibly professional and caring employees. Stay away, if you don’t wanna be ripped off with an offhanded annoyed face!

Bad service, staff is rude, not friendly and doesn’t care about the customer at all. I tried to explain the problem with my number. But then they just told me they don’t know and said that I’m the first customer that faced this problem. So they can’t help. I mean what kind of costumer service is this???? Vodafone should take a look on this problem!!!

Terrible customer service. The worker didn't want to help and each my question made him nervous. Didn't expect that it's so challenging to get simple answers...

This is the worst phone company I've ever had to deal with in my life. They mess things up constantly and do not care even a little bit about how bad their service is. I have had to go in person to resolve things three times in the last three months, and I never leave without wanting to scream. If you have any other choice, do not choose Vodafone.

I cancel Internet from Vodafone I return modem to store as was instructed. How surprising I got invoice to pay for next month I am not using Internet anymore. Of course no-one to answer or reply my calls or emails...just bills to pay when I don't use servise?
