Dear expats stay away from Vodafone not worth it, the frustration is unmeasurable Issue: 173401 This issue has been going on since 23/01/20, today you ask me to pay for a downgraded service 899Kc You (Vodafone) have wasted 70% of my time in sending emails back and forth, waiting every time for 3 working days for someone who speaks “English”, because as I understand English speakers in Vodafone CZ are rare breed yet your physical stores have people that speaks almost natively English. You rent technical support from another company that sends techs to home customers which even though I had requested multiple times to be at least with basic knowledge of English, you send a tech that we have to use hand gestures to communicate, he connects the service at 100Mbps INSTEAD of 1000Mbps then I have to send another email wait for another 3 days for someone to acknowledge it get a reply then wait for another 3 days…So basically till I ‘ll get what I payed for my contract where I’m leaving will end around 2021. You probably as a company have the worst customer handling procedures, I ever encountered in my 15 years in the tech industry. If I was working at Vodafone, I would be ashamed for my colleagues and now you tell me I have to wait TILL END of this week between 8am-4pm for an English-speaking specialist to call me. So every day I have to wait at my apartment for someone who speaks English and decide WHEN and IF decides to call me so he can…help with my issue which I have since 10/02 and then he will tell me ok I send a technician, the technician will call me the next 2 days to book an appointment, he will come at my house, probably communicate with google translate….and so on so on, I don’t know is this a joke? If this is not resolved by Friday I’ll go to the store and ask for my deposit back and escalate the matter in CTU

Vodafone in general is one of the biggest scams in Czech Republic, hidden charges, 180kc (8 usd) info sms they add to ur bill, 100% overcharge if u delay ur payment for even one day etc. This will drive ur monthly bill 4X. And they make all possible to prevent u from leaving including lying directly to your face, or threaten to charge you 2K (100 usd) if u leave. Stay away from this operator, it is a shame that such legalized scam exist in the modern world.

When I first opened my contract here almost two years ago the staff at that time were friendly and pleasant. Fast-forward to today and the situation couldn't be more different. First of all I was waiting in the queue and the guy just completely ignores me and serves the person behind me as he already knew them. Then when I did eventually get served he was very unhelpful. Once he realised my girlfriend is Czech he wouldn't speak English to me anymore and when I started speaking to him again he completely ignored me and spoke over me to my girlfriend in Czech. I certainly won't be renewing my contract with Vodafone as the customer service both over the phone and is person is appalling.

Great sales and service. I've bought two SIM cards here and each time received great service with no wait. I don't love the prices but that is not the fault of the representatives at this booth. They were great both times.

Hello The lady that takes care yesterday of me and my wife foes not know how to work. She sales to us-me and my wife- every one 400 hundreds krona each one =800 hundreds . But really not me nor my wife phone needs nothing. To as we were at Vodafone in palladium center the clurk said that he can't refund us.

Despite confirming prior to each trips abroad that my roaming was on, I found myself with no cell reception on multiple occasions (can’t even call vodaphone to see what was wrong!) I have now switched to O2, though vodaphone then immediately sent me a large inexplicable bill. Customer service just sends on a loop with no success.
