S	Sss Sss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsem byla s přítelem nakupovat na prodejně Palladium. Byla jsem spokojená jak s prodejci tak se zbožím. Chci napsat pochvalu a když jsem otevřela recenzi tak jsem koukala, paní která vyvolala incident, tak si ještě ztěžuje? Prodavač byl v právu a paní přišla již na obchod vyvolat incident. Na obchodě bylo víc zákazníků a všichni se zastávali prodejců. Byli jsme u toho. Chci vyjádřit podporu pro tyto zaměstnance, kteří to v dnešní době nemají jednoduché. Všichni by se měli chovat tak, aby neohrožovali ostatní. Yesterday I was with a friend shopping at the Palladium store. I was satisfied with both the sellers and the goods. I want to write a compliment, and when I opened the review, I was watching, the lady who caused the incident is still making it difficult? The salesman was right and the lady had already come to the store to provoke the incident. There were more customers at the store and they all stood up for salespeople. We were there. I want to express my support for these employees, who do not have it easy nowadays. Everyone should behave so as not to endanger others.

Naočkovaná, s rouškou, v každém obchodě vždy aplikuju dezinfekci na ruce, jsem čistý spořádaný človek, nicméně vejdu do prodejny a naskočí na mě vysoký pan prodavač a arogantně mi poví, že mám okamžite opustit prodejnu, že nemám respirátor. Stojím jak opařená.. upřímně pán mě šokoval.. způsob, jakým mě z prodejny vyhodil byl absolutně nepřiměřený a zapříčil to, že do Wojas už nikdy nevkročím. I went to the Wojas store in Palladium to buy shoes for 4,000. Vaccinated, with a veil, I always apply hand sanitizer in every store, I am a clean, orderly person, however, I enter the store and a tall salesman jumps on me and arrogantly tells me to leave the store immediately, that I do not have a respirator. I stand scalded .. honestly, the gentleman shocked me .. the way he threw me out of the store was absolutely disproportionate, and he said that I would never enter the Wojas again.
P	Petr Mašita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chci poděkovat paní vedoucí z prodejny Wojas, která byla tak ochotná a otevřela prodejnu před otevírací dobou v 8.50 hod. Vedoucí mi pomohla vybrat opravdu pěkné kvalitní boty, a ulehčila mi můj předvánoční hektický nákup . Takových lidí je potřeba víc. Určitě přijdu nakoupit znova. I want to thank the manager of the Wojas store, which was so helpful and opened the store before opening at 8.50. The manager helped me choose really nice quality shoes, and made my pre-Christmas hectic purchase easier. More people are needed. I will definitely come shopping again.

We certainly felt both disappointed and threatened with their rotten attitude and very poor morale values. Avoid this shop at all costs. Their attitude is unacceptable

This is an obvious lack of customer values throughout. After being a customer of Wojas for a few years (we have bought your products across your various stores in Szczecin, Ostrava and Gdańsk among many others) we will never buy any more Wojas products again. The attitude of you staff at Prague Palladium Shopping Centre was absolutely unacceptable and very rude.
J	Jackie Gragnola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! No returns. Cute shoes but even if you bring them back the next day, nothing they can do for you but give you a different size. Entire receipt is in czech so I figured they’d have some sort of return policy. Just sharing my experience to help any other non-Czech speakers avoid a non-refundable purchase (for example if you can’t fit it in your bag for further traveling like was my situation). Customer service was okay otherwise in terms of check out but I wish the no returns policy was highlighted during that process.

I visited barely an hour before closing time on Sunday (urgent situation), after a huge shopping weekend (Marianne Days, which I didn't know about), yet the store manager was perfectly welcoming and amazingly helpful. She deserves a raise!
