★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two time lecoste shoes and i asked for seprate bill and the accountent with red hairs tall lady used very bad words in czech language and she thought we will not understand but we are living in prague from long time so we understood it .it was very bad words and behaviour from her .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This brand has an idiotic exchange policy. I bought shoes for 2500, and I want to change for another ones that cost 2000 and 500. And they refuse, they only change to one pair that would cost more expensive than initial ones!!!
And this pretends to be a store for expensive brands. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought shoes 3 days ago and wore it for 10 minutes and came back hardly at home with bleeding foot.wanted to ask for help but they only look at the problem as not sellable again and they do not care about customer service at all. Highly NOT recommend their service and products quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop assistants are so tense? you don’t feel comfortable there. However, the male shop assistant in Narodni Trida is so helpful and friendly, unfortunately I can’t say the same thing for the other workers in this shop as well.
