★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozitivně hodnotím velký výběr hlavně pánských bot. Bohužel, negativní zkušenost mám s výměnou zboží, kterou obchod nabízí - zakoupené boty lze vyměnit jen za některé značky, které jsou v obchodě vystavené. To se ale zákazník dozví až poté, co je chce vyměnit.
 I positively evaluate the large selection of men's shoes. Unfortunately, I have a negative experience with the exchange of goods offered by the store - purchased shoes can only be exchanged for some brands that are displayed in the store. But the customer will only know after he wants to replace them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prošel jsem centrum Prahy a vypadá to, že je to poslední obchod s kvalitní obuví a velkým výběrem. Salamander, Leiser bohužel už nefungují.
I passed the center of Prague and it looks like it is the last store with quality shoes and a large selection. Salamander, Leiser unfortunately no longer work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to give them even one star. I am not a tourist, I get used to behavior of Czech people but still I feel disgusted with rude and uneducated staffs. They looks like still live in the communism period. Do they know that they can not make profit without customers? I bought 2 pairs of shoes because I could not find them in other shops in Prague. Ofcourse I did not want to buy it from them.

What a great selection of shoes they have - The best shoe shop in Prague! And also I appreciate a very nice staff, very professional and friendly. Bought many shoes there and definately coming back for more.
