★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18.12.2015 jsme tam kupoval pro pritelkyni nausnice. 26.12. Se hned reklamovali s vyrobni vadou. Obsluha velmi neochotna. Po vyzvednuti jsou stale poskozene. Takze se tam chystam znovu. Velmi nedoporucuji.
18.12.2015 we bought there for the girlfriend earrings. 26.12. They immediately complained of a manufacturing defect. Service very reluctant. They are still damaged after being picked up. So I'm going to go there again. Very not recommended.

Goldsmith in Kaufland on Vypich - brutally reluctant and annoying saleswoman froze in 1975. Ugh ever. Although a decent choice, I will not leave a crown here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepříjemná a neochotná paní prodavačka, za jejíž chování se nám neomluvil ani majitel obchodu. Vrácení ani výměna zboží není možná, ochota k řešení problémů minimální. Bohužel nemohu doporučit.
Uncomfortable and unwilling lady saleswoman, whose behavior did not apologize even the shop owner. Returns and replacement of goods are not possible, willingness to solve problems minimal. Unfortunately I can not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starší (70let cca) paní velmi neochotná a nepříjemná sotva jsem přišla protočila oči, pak sdělila, že platit kartou nemohu kvůli malé částce… celkově strašnej dojem. Pán naopak velmi příjemný.

An older (70 years old) lady very reluctant and unpleasant I barely rolled my eyes, then said that I can not pay by card due to a small amount… overall terrible impression. The Lord, on the other hand, is very pleasant.

Bought my wife a gold and garnet ring form this company at their shop in the Kotva center. It broke the second time she wore it. They reluctantly agreed to repair it, but it would have cost more to ship back to them than to get it fixed, so I asked them to simply send me a replacement for the missing garnet and I would get it repaired myself. After more than two months and seven requests, I have still gotten no response from them. The garnets are of minimal value anyway, and it would cost them probably pennies to make this right, but they have ignored every effort to get a resolution. There are hundreds of other jewelers in Prague, so don't make the same mistake we did!
