★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha je nepříjemná a neprofesionální, sýr v bagetách je okoralý, "vývar" je jenom sklenička teplé vody se solí. Když je fronta, obsluhuje jen jedna osoba, zatímco ostatní servírky koukají do telefonů. Ječmínka v OC Kotva nedoporučuji.
The service is unpleasant and unprofessional, the cheese in the baguettes is crusty, the "broth" is just a glass of warm water with salt. When there is a queue, only one person serves, while the other waitresses look at the phones. I do not recommend Barley in OC Kotva.

Zažila jsem šok, když jsem slušně poprosila při objednání jídla abych vytřeli stůl (protože všechny stole byly špinavé!!!), tak obsluha celou minutu se mnou se dohadovala že nemá na to čas, že je na to sama, a ještě jsem si distala vynadano ze ji zdržuji... Až potom co jsem si chtěla odejít, poslala jinou pracovníci na vytirani stolu, a to trvalo jen vteřinu. NEDOPORUČUJÍ!!! Velké zklamání!!!?
The service is terribly unpleasant. I experienced a shock when I politely asked to wipe the table when ordering food (because all the tables were dirty !!!), so the staff argued with me for a minute that she didn't have time to be on her own, and I was still distant. I'm afraid I'm holding her back ... Only after I wanted to leave did she send another staff to wipe the table, and it only took a second. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Big disappointment !!! ?
