★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neo Palladium café je nejen kavárna, kde se podávají snídaně a zákusky, ale i restaurace s plnohodnotným jídlem. Po celý den se tu můžete osvěžit něčím dobrým k jídlu i pití. Dobrá obsluha, ceny odpovídající centru. K posezení si můžete vybrat stolky uvnitř kavárny či venku v hale, usednout můžete i do sofa či na pohovku .
 Neo Palladium café is not only a café serving breakfast and desserts, but also a full-service restaurant. Throughout the day you can refresh yourself with something good to eat and drink. Good service, prices corresponding to the center. You can choose tables inside the cafe or outside in the lobby, you can sit in the sofa or on the sofa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při návštěvě kavárny se v obchodním domě spustil poplach vyzývající k opuštění obchodního centra. Personál kavárny nás ale odmítal pustit z prostor kavárny. Nechtěli jsme odejít bez zaplacení, nechali jsme na stole částku větší, než jaká byla skutečně utracená, a přesto personál trval na zaplacení u pokladny vevnitř kavárny. Tudíž prvních několik minut poplachu jsme strávili čekáním, až servírka oběhá hosty nebo je zkasíruje u pokladny...kdyby se v OC skutečně něco dělo, tak je to skvělý přístup personálu, jak dostat lidi do průšvihu.
Kromě toho citronáda byla příšerně překyselené, nedala se skoro pít.
While visiting the café, an alarm sounded in the department store, prompting him to leave the shopping center. However, the café staff refused to let us out of the café. We didn't want to leave without paying, we left more on the table than was actually spent, and yet the staff insisted on paying at the cash register inside the cafe. So we spent the first few minutes of the alarm waiting for the waitress to go around the guests or cash them in at the cash register ... if anything really happened in the OC, it's a great approach for the staff to get people in trouble.
In addition, the lemonade was terribly sour, she could hardly be drunk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!!!Terrible service, lukewarm water, warm coke, glasses without ice, drinks not poured by waitress (considering the stretched price you are paying, service should part of the experience). Avoid at all cost!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our croissants with butter and jam have arrived 15 minutes later then our coffees. The last were average, nothing special and not very hot by the way. Bad experience, cannot recommend.
