N	Nadia K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful: rude and inattentive service! Today we were at the shop to buy boots for the child. The anti-theft tags were put on the boots so that we could not unbuckle them to try on (every pair of them could not be unbuckled without tearing the belt jnto pieces!) We went to the cashier. She undid the tag frst time. We tried it on the child and realised we need a larger size. I went to the assistant to ask for another pair. She was too busy talking to her collegue to notice me. Without looking at me she took the box and asked me what size I need only when she was some 5 meters away. Of course, she did not go with us to the counter to undo the anti-theft tag! The cashier in her turn could not do what could take her 2 seconds and sent us to the other end of the shop to find someone who could unfasten the tag. Child in my arms I went to find the assistant responsible. She went us to the same cash point where we came from, undid the tag, said that we could(!) unbuckle the shoes with the tag on(!!!) and ran away all to soon for me to ask her to try to do it herself. Not to mention staying with us, checking if the pair suits and bringing us another in case it does not. And she did not undo the tag on the other boot from the pair!!! So we asked the lady at the counter once again to undo the tag on the other boot. Although we were standing right in front of her, she ignored us in favour of the customers approaching to pay. She asked us to go after her collegue again(!!!) I could not stand this any more and undid the tag on my own. The child tried on both of the boots and we bought it. Our child was too tired for us to call for the manager. But next time I come across such service I will get to the manager.

After taking my time to select my shoes and wait in the queue, I have been accused by the cashier of "planting" a 1499 CZK Price tag on a box of shoes and then asked to pay 1999. If this is how Sportisimo treats their customers... Well I'm no longer a customer.

J	Johann Kaspar Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes racks are total chaos. Pants mixed with t-shirts and jackets, male and female together, no order based on size. Impossible to find something quickly and effectively. After you finally find something, you stand in a queue for changing rooms. And after you finally choose something to buy, you stand in the huge queue for the checkout. Mine visit (Monday, circa 16-17 o clock) meant 13 (thirteen - no joking) people in the queue in front of me. Spent 15 minutes in a queue. Incredible...
O	Ondrej Pesout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like sportisimo stores. I wish they would train their shop assistants in better customer service. It is very hard to choose the right items when the shop assistants are not willing to help their customers to find the best fitting goods.

H	Hafiz Qayib on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large sports store on -1 level of Palladium. Great selection of sporting apparel and equipment. Prices are average to high. They've got a tax-free option if you want to splash and get over 2,000 CZK. Bought Jack Wolfskin running shoes (which were cheaper but of more comfortable fit than pricier Adidases), elastic bands for assisting pullups and rotating rings for low-impact pushups - good quality items all. On the downside, hard to find and get the attention of shop assistants, unless you want to put on a windcheater AND shoes in a fitting room (apparently trying out shoes there is a big no-no - 3(!) sales clerks descended on me immediately). Beyond that, haven't interacted with stuff much, so can't comment on their attitude.

I was asked to wear socks before trying out tennis shoes - absolutely correct but they do not have socks so that I could use them for that purpose. They told me that I should buy it and wear afterwards. So I went to another shop and took socks from their. When I tried to try on shoes for tennis I suddenly found that there was a blocking devise on it and I couldn't try them on due to this. I asked them to take it off but they told me that I should do it go and take it off by myself. They didn't ask what I want to buy or do I need any assistance. Never ever to this shop and I wouldn't recommend it.
