★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disapointing. I bought a pair of snickers and I asked about the returning policy of the product and they told me that I have 2 weeks time to change it if necessary (I always ask about returning policy, just in case). After three days I wore the shoes 2 times for a total of 1 hour of walking and they really damaged my feed so I wanted to go and change it to same shoes but a bigger size. When I got there I was told that it's impossible to change it because no one will buy these shoes again, contrary to what I have been told when I bought them (I have to mention that the shoes were in perfect condition, no damage at all, just a very small sign of usage - almost not noticeable) ... Be carefull with these guys, they will say anything to make you buy ... LIARS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to buy a pair of Adidas shoes. They gave me one shoe from display and another from stock. They were very different in colour. The one from display was all yellow because of dirt. I asked consultant to give me new pair they said they just had this pair. I was very annoyed. If I buy new pair, I want them to be new! Why would anyone buy already dirty shoes?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed and the staff is not polite. This is the worst shoe store I've ever met. The cashier looks not welcome and the manager is terrible. Do you think he is God? If you keep these employees Your company must be broke. The most broken in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever experienced in all my travels around the world. I bought a pair of sports leggings and 5 minutes after I left the store I noticed they had a hole in them which was obviously a factory defect. I went straight back to return them, they accused me of ruining them and refused to replace them. Eventually, after arguing with them they threw a new pair at me. I highly recommend avoiding that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and racist. We came in less than 3 minutes and was rudely and falsely accused by the store clerk for not putting shoes back on the rack. There were 10 other people in the store and yet we were the ones who were targeted. Obviously because we weren’t of the general demographic. When explained that we just got there, he rudely said “i already said sorry” when he clearly didnt. This behaviour shouldn’t be tolerated and accepted in service where you deal with people. Will never return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute trash service! Approaching a personel was not even able to ask a question when I just got cut by the personel agressively almost shouting at me that he is not interested in helping me and I should look for another personel! Then when I called manager no apologies were given even though the manger was pretty respective. Pretty sure nothing will change there ever. Looks like it is the attitude to clients they are comfortable with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unfriendly staff, the process of purchasing shoes is weird "so do you want this or not" the staff was asking while my baby was trying on the shoes. The labeling on the shelves was confusing to me, i thought the shoes are on discount when only blue was on discount but pink was full price, not very clear from the shelve.
