★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OD Kotva už ne, dovolil jsem si cca kolem 19.00 hod v sobotu 15.9.2018´ přijít se záměrem zakoupit dva obleky + košile.
Ihned po mém příchodu na prodejnu se paní prodavačka vypařila, a jeden prodavač, který tam zůstal, nestíhal (jeden zákazník v kabince a já na prodejně, tedy celkem DVA lidi). Oblekdy jsem si tedy vybral sám, zaplatil a odešel, paní prodavačka se mezitím vrátila, ale byla zabraná do svých myšlenek, tak jsem ji nechtěl vyrušovat, stejně mě nevnímala.
Chápu, že pro prodavače jsem byl ideálním zákazníkem - přijde, vybere, neotravuje, zaplatí a vypadne - ale s útratou cca 32.000,- Kč bych si představoval trochu jiný servis, stačilo by alespoň pozdravit
Jednu hvězdičku dávám jen proto, že bez hvězdičky to nejde
Not from Kotva anymore, I allowed myself to come around 19.00 on Saturday, September 15, 2018, with the intention of buying two suits + shirts.
Immediately after my arrival at the store, the saleswoman evaporated, and one salesman who stayed there did not catch up (one customer in the booth and I in the store, a total of TWO people). So sometimes I chose myself, paid and left, the saleswoman returned in the meantime, but she was preoccupied with her thoughts, so I didn't want to disturb her, she still didn't notice me.
I understand that I was an ideal customer for the sellers - he will come, choose, not bother, pay and drop out - but with the expenditure of about 32,000 CZK, I would imagine a slightly different service, it would be enough to at least say hello
I only give one star because it is not possible without an asterisk
