We visited the restaurant during the period of the new year. We ordered the plate of pork ribs with thyme and honey, a plate for two, two soups, and two beers. The restaurant for our disappointment didn't serve Pilsen Urquell. But that was nothing comparing to the plate of pork. All I could count was two very big ribs along with enormous fat. Pure fat. The man was selling fat. When I complained about the quantity of fat on the plate, I got as an answer "It' s ribs what did you expect?". We have ordered ribs from various places, nothing as bad as this plate. He should know better when he chooses the materials to serve.
