★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my first visit, he was very rude. However, I dismissed this as maybe he was tired as they had a new collection in the store.
On my second visit the same guy directed me towards their branch in Parkác for an item that I asked for. When I arrived they didn't have the item. He wasted 2hours of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went there today to buy a backpack. A horrible and extremely unpleasant lady with short brownish hair checked me out. I gave her my credit card and she sighed and huffed really loudly then mumbled something in Czech. She said "passport?" And I said "I don't have it with me, but I have my US Drivers license. She then rolled her beady eyes at me like I was literally the most annoying idiot American she has ever seen. I ended up paying cash, because apparently this "customer service" was absolutely the most difficult thing she has ever experienced. She shouldn't be working in retail or any place that involves communicating with actual customers. Truly unpleasant experience there. I'm glad I got my backpack so I never have to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad store. Bought a backpack and broke after wearing it twice. Went back to shop with backpack but got no refund. I had to fill in a complaint but my bag had to stay in the store. Since I am a tourist in Prague I will not be coming back here anytime soon. therefore the rating of only one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store and bought some flip flops. 1 day later I decided to wear them to the swimming pool at the camping I am staying at. They instantly broke. I don't think the quality of north face is bad because 90 percent of my wardrobe is from this brand. But when I tried to get a refund or a new pair he told me you're not supposed to wear them outside. He told me I could file a complaint but then I had to leave the flip flops in the store. Since I am a tourist I won't be coming back here again. This is the reason I rated only one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent there more than 10 min. No one ever said “Hello”… three guys shop-assistants were laughing like teenagers, making noise, talking… so I got a headache eventually and we left. I will better buy online. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service at Palladium North Face. My son bought slippers, they broke within one day. Then the seller got really mad because he walked outside with it! That's what they're for, right? He acted super rude, well I'm just a salesman and it's the customer's problem not the store's. We could file a complaint, but then the slippers had to stay there…… No exception for tourists, well we didn't trust that with this unfriendly gentleman. They also have a note on the door. Be back in 30 minutes. But when does that come into effect? The sellers can stay away for a very long time. We visited this shop twice, on two different days. Twice there was such a piece of paper on the door. Once for 10 minutes and once for 30 minutes. So they won't see us again!
