★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous. They didn’t return money for the clothes bought at the same day. I even asked if I can return it before paying, cause I was buying them for someone else. Instead they give you their gift card. I don’t think it is even legal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tips to customers of H&M Palladium in Prague based on my experience on 21.08.18 at 6pm.
1. Do not expect customer service from “Sales Advisor” so just help yourself. Just imagine you are in a supermarket not a boutique;
2. Be aware that items marked on sale can be charged full price. You may get a refund only if you point it out;
3. Floor sales advisors can be unhelpful and even give you the round-around so be self-reliant.
4. The Store Manager can be dismissive of legitimate concerns of customers and his reaction was to laugh it off;
5. “Working in the store means representing H&M” according to the company hiring policy. So personnel is just as good as it gets. Not all personnel are the same so hope you meet the good ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never experienced such incredibly rude staff in my entire life. They dismiss you, have a horrible attitude, speak to you in Czech, even though they know you do not understand czech (and clearly understand what you're saying in English), yell at you and treat you as the plague. Not very welcoming or helpful staff at all, in fact, they seem super annoyed that you would even dare to come up to the counter to buy something. Horrible horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best to avoid. We purchased a shirt from this store a few days ago. On the first wearing, it had a 10 cm rip down the side. We tried to return it today and the store supervisor was very rude stating that we needed a receipt or bank statement showing our purchase. It is very obvious that we purchased the shirt from H&M (these shirts aren't found anywhere else) and it is obvious that the stitching was performed incorrectly. The employees were very dismissive even though they were shown nothing but a cordial approach. Quality of product, obviously 1 star. Quality of service, minus 10 stars. Very disappointed. This store needs a review from management on its customer service ability. Even if they say "no", say it with a bit of humility. We bought a broken product and then were put down for it.
How would you feel? Someone sells you something broken and then tells you it is your fault?
We will tell all of our friends about this. Bad news travels fast they say...
