Za tuto dobu mi dorazila jediná “relevantní” poptávka, kdy nějaký starší pán chce prodat pozemek asi 30 km od Brna. ŘÍkal jsem si, že jiné RK tuto poptávku odmítli z důvodu vzdálenosti a nižších cen v lokalitě, tak jsem souhlasil, že staršímu pánovi s prodejem pomohu, že se v tom asi nevyzná (podotýkám, že moje služba je pro prodávajícího zdarma). Ve skutečnosti byl tento člověk velmi “vychytralý”, sám provozuje realitní kancelář a jak sám řekl “Já prostě potřebuji, ať mi dohodíte někoho, kdo ten pozemek koupí a já už se s ním pak nějak domluvím, smlouvy - ty já si zařídím sám.”. Úplně zbytečně strávený čas a projetý benzín, potom se nelze divit některým lidem, jaký mají názor na realitní kanceláře, pokud někdo funguje jako tento člověk. Nedoporučuji.
