★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we went here to buy a case for an IPad 6 gen. Manager in the store recommended the case which, as he said, would work with 6/7 and 8 IPads, so we bought it. When we got home and tried the case on, we saw that it’s bigger than the iPad itself.
We had to get back to the store to give the case back and change it for a proper one or receive money back. But store employee’s answer was that it’s not possible to give it back and get a refund (why?), the only option is to choose something else from the product range in store. Also manager did not acknowledge the mistake he made while selling the wrong case. Looked like stores employees just used the fact that we don’t speak Czech to fool us.
Very bad experience, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to ask if I can buy a new case for my earphones. Was told that that's possible, but I need to send my earphones to the Service to know the price and that then I can see if I like the price. If I don't I can decline.
The price was ridiculous, almost the price of new headphones (600 czk less). So I declined and expected to pick up my headphones.
BUT, then on top of that, they charged me for "diagnostics" of my issue... Which.... is ...bloody obvious... I don't have a case. No one told me about the extra fee, and is total robbery as why can't they just tell me the price of a case?
Staff not too helpful either, they are there to get most money out of you.
Really a Premium Resseler, you pay Premium for 0 service.
