He came up to us and says “that’s how stealing starts” after we were testing the camera of the smartphone that flips. If you didn’t want us to touch it, why did the phone have in store demo mode? In fact why was it not properly secured? Outright rude to act like this to people who visit your country.
R	Ryan Keating on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for protection for your screen, DO NOT BUY the 'invisible shield' sticker for the screen that the staff in Samsung stores try to up sell you. They are 699Kc and they fall apart or come off shortly after purchase. Mine has looked like this since mid-summer. I took the receipt and tried to complain about the shield at the Samsung Palladium store where I bought it, and was told that it was normal for it to happen and that I should buy replacements online every few months. I said I was not interested in doing that and wanted a refund or at least the option to exchange. The sales assistant then told me that I was 'pissing him off' and that I didn't know how to listen. He then complained that the one he bought did the same thing, and he paid even more. I asked him what the point of his story is and he said that my situation wasn't bad because I only paid 700Kc. Naturally, I complained to head office who told me that I should complain to the third party supplier in Zlin, which is where they buy the product from. I said that was unsatisfactory but they have not replied and that was days ago. So, don't know why they're selling it at all, to be honest. Let alone having such terrible customer service. Expected more from Samsung.

D	David Baggley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff and always willing to help. Unfortunately samsung practises have become non-customer friendly. A screen protector should not cost 699 czk and not fit the screen/lift in a week. Then told this is to be expected and to replace when "actually and issue" it will cost an additional 100czk. I can buy 3 top rated screen protectors that fit perfectly and don't lift for 250czk..... I understand the staff are limited in action but this is simply unacceptable practise, but the staff did their absolute best to appease me and were very polite.

Staff offered various cases and we ended up walking away with two new ones. Lots of tech like phones and watches on offer too. Really enjoyed my visit.

I had an emergency with my older phone and they spent the whole day with me helping me recover my data and granting me access to the apps of my older phone. They offered me water and made sure I was set to continuing. All three of the staff members that day earned my gratitude! ?
