★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have experienced. I had hurt my knee and urged to sit down while my wife was shopping there. The guard there told me to get up or get lost, and just smiled to me when I told him about me condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. One of the lady at the billing counter unfortunately treated me with unapologetic arrogance(rolling eyes and frustrated blows) for I didn't respond in czech?
Really sad to see such treatment with customers in city center, h&m stores in pankrac, chodov and andel have very good employees?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get very nice stuff form H&M, but shopping online can be challenging. DPD delivery is always on point being awful. Add PPL or Zasilkovna options perhaps? I’m thinking about stopping ordering anything from H&M just because of the DPD doing their best for you to have the worst experience.
