La dame nous laisse essayer une seule chaussure et garde la 2eme avec elle en caisse. Pas de possibilité pour se servir soit même au risque de se faire crié dessus. Personne mal aimable, pas souriante et pas du tout commerçante. Une étoile est de trop pour un service client inexistant dans ce magasin. We came to this store for a pair of shoes, spotted in the window. The lady lets us try on only one shoe and keeps the second with her at the checkout. No possibility to use or even at the risk of being yelled at. Unfriendly person, not smiling and not at all commercial. One star is too many for non-existent customer service at this store.

Když jsem sháněl společenskou obuv černou na pohřeb s saku s kalhoty-spol.obuv vel.47 a Riekru na rohu Lazarské v Praze ji neměli,tak paní strašně ochotná volala na prodejnu do Jindřišské do Riekru,kde obuv měli poslední pár,tak mi dali na stranu a já si ihned tam zajel.Musím moc poděkovat oboum dámám. Raději zajedu sem než do Atria Flora v Praze,kde ochota byla bohužel na bodu mrazu. Děkuji moc těmto dámám z těchto prodejen!!!!! Absolutely satisfied and highly recommended. When I was looking for black formal shoes for a funeral with a jacket with trousers-size shoes size 47 and Riekra on the corner of Lazarská in Prague did not have it, the lady was very willing to call the shop in Jindřišská in Riekr, where they had the last pair of shoes, so they gave me to the side and I went there immediately. I have to thank both ladies very much. I would rather go here than to Atria Flora in Prague, where the willingness was unfortunately at freezing point. Thank you so much to these ladies from these stores !!!!!
H	Hana Hladíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neochotná paní prodavačka. Už, když jsem si boty vybírala, mne paní nenechala si boty vklidu prohlédnout. Pořád za mnou stála nebo se mi snažila "poradit". Když však jsem se na něco zeptala, dělala ze mne blbce. To by byla ještě přešla bez komentáře. Boty jsem si vybrala a to je hlavní. Co mne však neuvěřitelně naštvalo byl přístup prodavačky, když jsem šla boty reklamovat. Paní se mne snažila přesvědčit, že je bota v pořádku. "Podivejte. To se přece neodlepuje celá podrážka. Odlepuje se jenom guma kolem. A teče vám snad do té boty? Ne?! Tak vidíte." Very reluctant saleswoman. Even when I was choosing shoes, the lady did not let me look at my shoes. She was still standing behind me or trying to "advise" me. But when I asked, she made a fool of me. It would still be passed on without comment. I chose the shoes and that's the main thing. What incredibly annoyed me, however, was the saleswoman's approach when I went to advertise my shoes. The lady tried to convince me that the shoe was fine. "Look. It doesn't peel off the sole. It's just peeling off the rubber around. And it's leaking into your shoes? No ?! So you see."
A	Ale V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small shop with a small shoe selection - but very well selected. There are mostly women's shoes and some men's. The staff is polite, patient, friendly and helpful. The products are high quality, comfortable and very nice!
