The gentleman behind the exchange office is on the phone, gesturing for me to talk to him while he is on the phone. Then he pretends not to understand the requirement "I want euros for crowns". I left, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlicher, fast schon asozialer Umgang mit seinem Klientel. Der sichtbar wohl ernährte Hampelmann hinter der Scheibe arbeitet mit den Kopfhörern im Ohr und tritt Freundlichkeit mit Füssen. Wobei "Arbeiten" bereits eine riesige Übertreibung ist.
Eine Empfehlung gibt es genauso wie seine Arbeitsmoral: Keine!
Unfriendly, almost anti-social treatment of his clientele. The visibly well-fed jumping jack behind the pane works with headphones in his ears and tramples friendliness with his feet. "Working" is already a huge exaggeration.
There is one recommendation, as well as his work ethic: None!
