★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such the WORST experience in Praha. He is completely impolite and rude. NEVER go here. You'd better wait for minutes at the shop just next to this. He said "Thanks god you're not my daughter" It never makes sense to say so to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg, they are so rude! Don’t allow to ask any questions, shout at customers. We tried to exchange currency but left terrified. Just from left side nice Praha exchange with slightly better rate and much more welcoming staff. You will notice it straight away, it’s always a queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIce rates, but time to time employee "forgets" to give full amount, so some of cash is missing (1000czk in my case), always double and triple check money, they might try push you to go (because there waiting line and you slowing the traffic) but it's trick. don't leave until you sure that you have all money they suppose to give you. I had several attempts like that, they will pretend that they just forget some cash by the accident, but they don't, they just do to time to time to make some extra on you, although rates are one of the best in Prague, just need to double check what you getting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best exchange rates in Prague. Is the staff polite or rude? Seriously, who cares? I go there to exchange my money, not to have a chat and drink tea with them. I'll rather go to a cold, grumpy man who will give me a good deal than to a polite thief who will rip me off with a big smile on his face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fraud. I wanted to get ria transfer and get my 400$. They told me that they didn’t have any dollars and they could give me euro or Czech krona instead. So I’ve took they offer and they firstly exchange on krona and than on Euro. I lost about 5 %. The worst exchange point!
