Do you think that sending money is a charity?? Dont be fool. 28% fee is nonsence and money have been delivered everytime without complications. Happy travel - Cheb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful when dealing with them. They take large commission plus their rate is very law. So i strongly recommend to avoid them and go to a bank or some offices which do't take any commission and their rate is better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frauds..never exchange money here..they charge a whopping 28% service fee without even explaining the charges..complete scam..many other currency exchanges locally available which charge 1-2% fee or no fee at all at excellent market rates..NEVER use this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've read the reviews here and mind you, the owners did reply to them all and each of the reviews have the same problem. They didn't go to this money exchange office. These guys genuinely gave me the exact rate that is offered by Western Union on the exact piece of paper that the sender sent me a copy of. The same exact amount was given to me down to the very last crown. They are honest and true unlike the other stores on the main Street in Namesti Republicky. I highly recommend them if you are receiving money by Western Union or are going to exchange, in my case with Euros they are offering the same value as banks do, which is absolutely amazing!
These guys have a lot of bad rep because people visited stores near them thinking it's them, and that's very very sad. If you don't believe me, go give them a visit and you'll see for yourself just as I have today :)
