0% for your money - instead you pay 28-30% commission at the end - Better to use any ATM or all other exchange offices, but not Inter Change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIPOFF! 28% commission, written in small letters at the bottom of their board. I changed at their office in I.P. Pavlova but it's not on the map. Good thing I noticed before I signed the receipt. I refused to sign and asked for my money back and the cashier started printing some other pieces of paper which he stapled together. Then he offered me another rate, which still included a 17% commission. I refused it and asked for my money back, which he was still keeping. He then offered me something with about 1.8% commission and I finally accepted it, fearing I would lose my money altogether. I'll never go to this agency again.

I came to change some money yesterday. I gived 150 Euro, and I get 2731 Czk. I came back bc of this, and I asked my money. They are cheat the turists. When I came back with my friend, the worker wasn't so happy and kindly, but she gived me a new price and I get 3600 Czk. I don't understand the situation. If I don't know that it's a bad price, and I don't read the rules on invoice,they are cheat me. I will't go there never again, bc of this is disgusting.
