★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently the best rates in Prague, proven over last 5 years. They have offered the best rate every time. No commission, of course. They do not have a currency exchange sign outside as it is primarily a Western Union location. Hence, no crowds. Funny to see queues in nearby exchange bureaus while the location with the best rate is available. Hard to believe but true

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst things I ever did in my life. Ask my family to transfer to me money through western Union. It’s been 4 days they said I can’t due to error code R4111 I should call the call centre I do that & they told me I’ll get a call in 3 business days but guess what it’s now the 4th day. That money was for me to pay for university and survive here as a student. It’s been 4 days I have 0 money and I have an exam and won’t be allowed to sit for if I don’t pay today. What a disaster. I’ve been without food & struggling and the use of western Union is fast transfer but what a lie. Never again & call centre is of absolute no help. Don’t make my mistake im not left with no food no money & the fact that after 1 year of studies I will fail because I can’t sit for the final exam. Just use bank transfers that is much faster than this horrible service
