Vybral jsem si jiné boty a dostal k tomu ještě malou slevu. Very helpful service in handling a complaint. I got an exchange offer for the same shoes, a refund, or the option to choose other shoes. Clovek si mysli že bude mat vyrobok ihned a namiesto toho caka dva tyzdne. U pár modelov nekvalitne spracovanie pri ktorom clovek dufa bezproblemovost reklamacie a namiesto toho narazi na to že mu povedia že je to bezne opotrebovanie topanky a že to nevyreklamuju. Absolútny nezaujem o zakaznika. Asi po 5 negativnych skusenostiach s touto znackou koncim, síce nerád, no predsa len musim napisat že dalsiu sancu už odomna nedostanu. Je mi luto. Boty jsou zde akorát vystavené a aby jste si mohli boty vyzkoušet, musí vám je paní přinést. problém byl ten, že dnes se tam paní věnovala takřka 45min jedné paní a ostatní jsme byli vzduch (zvládl jsem v prodejně 5min čekat, pak si nakoupit v Tescu, znovu tam 5 min stát a čekat). Tzn nemožné si boty vůbec vyzkoušet... In general, bata shoes suit me. I visited this store today.
