Over the past 3 years, there has been absolute resistance to both the brand and the attitude of personnel and the persistent totalitarian regime. Experience: I bought canvas sneakers. Half a year later, the grid under my heel trod through them. I complained after 11 months (I could not find the document). Complaint rejected on the grounds: heavy load and little oversize. Please note that I weigh 60-61kg (already 20 years) and I was 9-12mm in excess. EXPERIENCE: For Christmas we received vouchers to buy from Bata. In Pilsen have a limited selection of shoes and patterns in stock, so I wanted to order from another store - NOT. So I bought things I didn't even need. The belt has unraveled, the half-shoe sole cracked in the middle and the only thing I like is laces for 29Kč. I reminded the donor not to buy vouchers from Bata anymore, because the goods will not last anything and Bata rejects the claim. 3.experience: We got vouchers again, this time for 4000CZK. I tried to steer clear of the stores, but we don't want to keep that money. After a phone call to the store (Pilsen), I asked for advice on how to spend these vouchers for goods (children's shoes), which is overpriced but in stock elsewhere, the lady recommended me to go to the store where the goods are in Prague Karlovy Vary, Písek), because they cannot forward the goods. From now on, our whole family is forbidden to buy anything from Baťa and especially not vouchers! I am ashamed of this company and I am sorry for Mr. Baťa, the strategy of the company is deplorable.

I am disappointed with both the quality of the shoes and the subsequent complaints. I bought winter boots for CZK 2,000 and after 3 months they started to peel off. Complaint not accepted because the purchased shoe was narrow to the foot (excerpt from the complaint protocol).
