Takže jsem zase zase vydali zpět. Bacha tedy na otvírací dobu. Telefon také nikde neberou.... Vyreklamovat jediné umyvadlo ze zakázky za 300tisíc, je boj na několik měsíců a ikdyž Vám reklamaci uznají, tak budete muset jet na prodejnu a sklad hned několikrát a to že Vám na mailu a telefonu přislíbí, že umyvadlo mají, tak to neznamená, že si ho nebudete muset znovu zaplatit za dvojnásobnou cenu a pak další měsíce dojíždět a požadovat peníze za to původní umyvadlo zpět. Until you pay, you are a customer. Once you pay, you are the most difficult insect. Při osobní návštěvě nikdo nedokázal identifikovat, kde se aktuálně objednávka nachází. Na telefonický dotaz do Modřic, zda- li si mohu dojet pro díl pořímo tam, mi paní nebyla schopna slibit, jestli dokáže přinést díl ze skladu...takže za mě uz nikdy více ! Absolutely terrible experience with this company. The ordered part, even though it was in stock in Modřice, was not able to transfer to a branch in Štýřice even after a week. No one was able to identify where the order was currently on a personal visit. For a phone call to Modřice, if I can get a part right there, the lady was not able to promise me if she could bring a part out of the warehouse ... so never again for me!
K	Katerina Koprivova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak teď recenze na Modřice, zde uměl pán aspoň náš navrh předělat do PC, ale na to že se musite objednávat a stejne pak hodinu ztratite tím že čekáte až do PC převede celý návrh je dost smutný. Další negativum je, že i když jsem jim jasně řekla, že chci pouze zboží které je skladem a pan odsouhlasil stejně jsem čekala téměř dva měsíce na Vanovou zástěnu a myslim že pokud bych jim každý týden nevolala čekala bych dodnes. To že nám rozbili dlažbu na kterou jsem čekala měsíc, to už radši ani nebudu komentovat. Co však bylo úplně nejhorší, Pán ktery to s náma řešil si během realizace vzal 3x dovolenou a nikomu svou práci nepředal, takže když jsem chtěla něco zjistit v době jeho dovolené bylo mi řečeno: JE NAM LÍTO, PÁN . .. MÁ DOVOLENOU A NIKOMU TO NEPŘEDAL, MUSÍTE NÁS POCHOPIT.
