★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big variaty to choose from, good prices and helpful staff. Only issue is the transfer company, they charge 15% of the total price to assemble the furniture and extra for transferring them. Also it takes 1 week to get the delivery done. Better arrange your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non existent quality control. From missing parts, to bad screws everything done ok to 80% and the rest is just left to luck. Furniture is alright for the price, but we ordered a sofa which was missing some wheels, took sconto 2 month to send them. We bought a bed which was missing a small wooden part, we drove there and a friendly lady gave us the missing part, arrived back home found a bad screw (see photo). So all up and down, took me 6 hours to build a bad which is supposed to be done in an hour. Imagine you order online to a city which doesn’t have sconto, you need to wait for ages for them to ship the missing parts (like we had to for the wheels from the sofa). Then there is the furniture pickup, it looks like in the waiting room of a dentist in the 90s. It takes forever to get your stuff as you need to take a number, which you give to a person which goes and picks it up for you and brings it to the front to a squeaky turning kat and some automatic doors which seem to fall on you. Sorry, but at least copy ikea, the model is there. Even though the furniture is ok for the price, the whole experience is just horrible, so no more sconto for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. We waited employee of furniture department on the first floor for 20 minutes and nobody from other departments doesn't want to help us. Then we waited for 30! minutes at warehouse, because they haven't enough employees. So this is last time when I bought something there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience particularly comparing with IKEA, I bought tv table and the drawing was too complicated and wrong. There were no assembly instructions or guide except the drawing which was even difficult for a technician. When I called their helpline to order assembly they said they don't have that service and I have to manage it myself. So I certainly don't recommend.
