★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyřizoval jsem zde reklamaci koupeného zboží z jejich e-shopu a tak vřelé jednání jsem dlouho nezažil při nakupování, natož při reklamaci.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Největší jen rozlohou. Všude propagované, jako nej. prodejna Bauer v ČR, ale čekal jsem větší bombu. Chceš si něco vyzkoušet a visí to dva metry nad tebou. Furt potřebuješ asistenci. A ty věci co teď dělá Bauer, je to vůbec pro lidi? Samé kudrlinky a vůbec to nesedí na těle.
Largest only in size. Promoted everywhere as best. Bauer store in the Czech Republic, but I expected a bigger bomb. You want to try something and it hangs two meters above you. You still need assistance. And the things Bauer is doing now, is it for people at all? All the curls and it doesn't fit the body at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel špatný přístup a neochota nabrousit brusle jiné značky než Bauer. Chtěl jsem jim tam nechat nějakou korunu,ale za tento přístup nakoupím raději jinde.
Unfortunately, bad attitude and reluctance to sharpen skates from other brands than Bauer. I wanted to leave them a crown there, but I'd rather buy elsewhere for this approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velké zklamání, obsluha velmi neochotná, po vyzvání stejně nedokáže poradit. Koupil jsem poukazky, na internetovém obchodě nelze uplatnit, až doma jsem zjistil, že mají platnost pouze jeden měsíc.
