Staff at pokladna are grumpy and unhelpful . I must point out this was not just on one occasion but, and I kid you not, on about 99% of the 380+ times i have used them over the past 5 years. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only good thing about this store is the location, as all other hardware stores are located outside the city centre. The staff are so rude and unhelpful, and one staff at the cashier was not happy with me when she saw that I put an empty basket on the side of the self checkout, but was on top of other baskets that were already there left by others. People in this store needs proper training sessions and should not be hired until they passed the test.
