P	Pavel Němeček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již po 3 se myčka pokazila a hlásí stejnou chybu. Aby se Elektrolux ubránil vrácení peněz v rámci pozáruční záruky, tak nám po třetím zásahu nedali papír o závadě. A prý další servisní výjezd máme platit. No prostě se nám jen smějí do ksichtu. Vrěle nedoporučuji!!! Already after 3 the dishwasher has failed and reports the same error. L	Ladys. nov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U pračky mi začalo hučet ložisko na bubnu, zaslal jsem tedy v předvyplněném formuláři veškeré požadované údaje, za tři dny mi přišel email., kde mne o tytéž údaje žádali znovu, za další dva dny mi odepsali, že děkují za údaje a požadovali, abych si vybral paušální platbu předem, nebo platbu mechanikovi za skutečnou práci. Nevím jak dlouho bych ještě u těchto dopisovačů čekal na opravu. Dnes ráno jsem zavolal mechanikovi z webu a v poledne bylo vyřešeno. Pokud se Vám pokazí pračka a Vy chcete prát dříve než za měsíc, v žádném případě s touto firmou nespolupracujte. Š	Šárka baladova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bezpečnost pro Elektrolux bohužel není vůbec prioritou. Již 3 měsíce řeším s jejich zákaznickým centrem reklamaci indukční desky. Podle jejich vyjádření je naměřená teplota 93 stupňů MIMO varnou plochu a teplota 55 na ovládáním panelu NORMÁLNÍ. Nechápu, že jim to stojí za to s ohledem na to, že jsme byli jejich zákazníci již 5 let. Unfortunately, security for Elektrolux is not a priority at all. I have been resolving induction board complaints with their customer center for 3 months now. According to them, the measured temperature is 93 degrees OUTSIDE the hob and the temperature 55 on the panel control is NORMAL. I don't understand that it's worth them considering that we've been their customers for 5 years.

Fridge freezer laster 1 year and 3 month before starting to make crazy noises, customer services refused to admit the problem and I had to contact my lawyer to have my guarantee activated. Dishwasher started to leak today… NEVER AGAIN ! This company is CRIMINALLY GUILTY of PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE, do not buy !!!
