I rarely write reviews, but I will here. We are from Moscow, we have come to the pool now, to find out how and what. At the reception met two girls with disgruntled faces. Like I owe them 1000 crowns. When I entered, I began to speak English. Then I tried to switch to Russian, but they, perfectly understanding the Russian language, refused to speak. So. Russophobia is as evil as war. Russian people, Russia and Putin are different things. And whoever does not understand this, who is brainwashed towards Russophobia, should not work in the service sector.

DECEPTION!!! RUDE AND RUDE STAFF!!! RUSSOPHOBIA!!! The day before I went to the pool reception, took a booklet, asked about the opening hours of the sauna, the restaurant, if we could have lunch there. Everything has been confirmed to me! We came to the pool, for two for 2 hours we paid 495 crowns. There are 6 saunas in the booklet, ice for cooling, jacuzzi, underwater massage, a restaurant... As a result, there are NO SAUNA!!! NONE! No ice, no massage, "jacuzzi" in the form of bubbles along the side worked for 2 hours and 15 minutes. ALL! Massage stands for jets of water stick out on the back - they didn’t work! We were looking for a way out for a long time, the stairs were blocked everywhere, we left 2 minutes late, they took another 12 crowns from us, this is ridiculous! I had the imprudence to ask in Russian about saunas. One of the girls just started shouting in a boorish way for me to watch everything on the site! I said, why do I need a website if I was here yesterday?! She screamed out loud that she did not understand Russian!!! I spoke in English, she kept screaming that she didn't understand my English! It was terrible!!! We are from Finland, we have had an apartment in KV for 12 years, we live here for half a year, we have been to 37 countries, we have never been humiliated like that!!! Next to me was the second girl who had given me the booklet the day before! And she was just silent! We do not feel sorry for the money, we would probably just come to the pool, even if we knew that there were no saunas there! But instead of apologizing for the deceit, some redneck with racist manners yelled at us boorishly!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone! By the way, the restaurant was also closed! The management of the pool should educate or fire this redneck! For a tourist cultural city of Karlovy Vary, this is simply disgusting!!! This is anti-advertising for the pool! I will write about it in all social networks! The mood is spoiled for a long time!

The pool is newly opened, unfortunately many things are still not fine-tuned. The pool itself is nice, the surroundings are clean. At the weekend the price is 345kc / 2h, if you want a towel you have to pay 30kc, which I would expect now as a service included (even if it is part of such a large hotel with Wellness and Spa). Showers are part of the toilet, for visitors completely insufficient capacity. The ladies at the reception were nice, however, they complained about all the complaints they could not (non-functional terminal for card payment, turnstiles only for decoration). Another disadvantage is the absence of a hair dryer, if the weather is sunny, so it does not matter so much, but at colder temperatures I would also take it for granted (it would be worth having at least one treasury available at the reception for such emergencies). The changing rooms were shared, some of the booths could not be locked, there were no hooks for hanging clothes. Overall, the price did not match the quality. Perhaps services will improve in the future.
