I went to lighten my hair and every time I visited, all my hair was bleached all the way around, so now, despite using all the recommended hair cosmetics, my hair is quite ruined. My mother also stopped visiting this salon here after she left her completely greasy hair from some oil before an important meeting. Nobody warned mom that her hair would be very greasy, and she was told of the dissatisfaction, "But at least you're not gray anymore." For 4000, they will park your car, make coffee, talk to you for 4 hours, that's nice, but it's not for regular visits. Now Miss Bára is putting my hair together in the TANA salon in Tusarova Street and I am completely satisfied. Natural cosmetics, amazing results and for almost half the price.

I have a terrible experience with the salon presented on Facebook as "Hair from Petra" or the salon Be Beauty. Somehow I came across FB on their page, where they present pretty nice work hairdresser. You can actually order only via FB and ordering you they'll do it in 3-4 months, and you have to subscribe to a voucher from them first. I thought maybe they would be really good and good if you could only order like this and in such a time. this is a pretty clever strategy to artificially create prestige, but be it, why not, after all, I got caught with the voucher I bought and ordered in three and a half months. babysitting her one-year-old child and set out on the agreed day, but during the trip I received an SMS from the salon that they do not run out of water and must translate my visit. Because of the waiting time and unnecessary journey and unnecessary babysitting I was obviously not happy, but OK, it will. They did not apologize slowly, they just wrote me curtly to write to admin about a new term. I didn't have a babysitter for the next terminal, so I took my son to my parents 100km from Prague, saying I would pick him up again tonight. In the morning, I went to the parlor for a scheduled time and due to the detour I should have been a few minutes late, which I immediately wrote to their assistant. I was surprised by this reaction and I wrote to my assistant that I would expect a more accommodating approach when my last visitor was canceled when I was on my way to them and now I was driving 100km to them. On that he wrote to me that they came to meet me with a new term, that I was getting dialed. Would they want a medal or something for that? I stepped on the gas so I finally arrived in time. Miss at the reception seated me, I waited about a quarter of an hour for the hairdresser, who has everything for minutes. The hairdresser came, looked at my hair (which I already have so blonde) and says, “we will have to lighten up and I will not make it today, so write your admin for a new date. At that moment I did not believe my ears. I tell her you don't mean it seriously, that I told them before ordering that I wanted to lighten up, and I was confirmed that they would take enough time to go to them for the second time, arranging babysitting for the second time and my assistant threatens me that he won't take me if I don't arrive absolutely on time and send me home ?! I was angry already, but I wasn't rude or screaming or anything, I'm not the type. The hairdresser started slapping me with some bullshit that if she did it to me today, I'd be too dark or burn my hair, total crap ... she just had a mess in my orders and she just couldn't do my hair that day. I counted myself up to five, calmed down and we agreed on the deadline again on the next date. Well, after a few days, I got a message from her arrogant (apparently inferior assistant) that Petra is coming to celebrities from whom they expect superiority, but as I dared to act I was unprecedented and returned my money to my account and canceled my visit)) I just laughed and I assure you that I was just slightly uncomfortable and they wrote this to me!! as if I were fighting rages on the ground I couldn't keep to the deadline again, because my assistant plowed it and preferred to do it hysterical, knowing that if they canceled it again, it wouldn't work. Well, they have an interesting approach to customers ... however, I ordered another salon that I think is trying to copy this salon and from the beginning a completely different approach. Very nice lady, the deadline for the week and the photos and videos will work just as nice, except that you will have your hair early and you will not feel like a sheep that can not afford or say that she does not like their approach. So the experience is ridiculous, sad, nor do I know how to define it.
