I have been observed in the clinic for about 2.5 years. Visited doctors Shishkin and Frolov. What can I say, throughout the whole time the same problem, constantly. This happens with many girls, but when you visit 4 times a year !!! gynecologist, it’s already becoming strange what the real deal is. Either they are diagnosed incorrectly, or they cannot prescribe the correct treatment. Over the last visit, all analyzes were done with the words “Suddenly this is not what we think” and to the question “Is there an analysis in the list to confirm my diagnosis?” the answer was "no, BUT VERY SIMILAR TO ....". Very similar. As if at a reception not at the doctor, but at the battle of psychics. During the pandemic, they did not wear masks, they accepted with the words "take off the mask, I am not contagious." I doubt it ... But I do not want to talk badly about doctors, there is no established opinion about them. I want to say about the reception - do not recruit such employees, please! If you want to have good reviews, your staff should be INTERESTED in visiting you. And those fish that sit there are just ... I don’t want to offend anyone, but for 2.5 years I have never been happy with their reception. The last straw was a recent visit, 3,000 kroons and no changes in condition, in response was “sign up for an examination again”, I ask “for a fee?”, They say yes to me. That is, I already come 4 times a year, which is already abnormal, and here I have to pay for examination and tests once again for the fact that I was prescribed treatment that is completely ineffective. Are you laughing I asked to give me the whole story, to which I received a response type "no problem." Mmm ... it turns out 0 individual approach. The clinic does not give a damn whether you stay with them or not, at least to these employees. And the employee’s behavior directly depends on the tasks assigned to him by the management. Accordingly, the management does not care who you are, what you are and what will happen to you if their employees do not know how to act in various situations. Too bad it is about health, not shopping at the bazaar. So be aware of what attitude awaits you. 2 * only due to the fact that the communication of doctors for all the time was not any kind of evil or disrespectful, even with some luck.

Unpleasant girl at the front desk. Today I made an appointment at 13:30 for an appointment with Dr. Tomilova for the first time. As it turned out, I incorrectly indicated the phone number when registering online, they could not get through to me and canceled my appointment. The email reminder was not duplicated. It's not scary, I understand that this is my mistake and was overwritten. However, I doubt whether I should go to this clinic, because the attitude of the girl in the admission department seemed to me not only unprofessional, but also simply boorish. From the first seconds of my appearance, the girl was impolite, arrogant, behaved as if I had disturbed her with something. No smile, no pleasant tone, no polite words whatsoever. I'm not even talking about the desire to calm and cheer up the client. I sat all the time on the floor looking sideways at the computer. Having not yet visited the doctor's office, there was a feeling that I was clearly not welcome here. This is completely unacceptable behavior for the client service of a medical office. I read similar reviews and decided not to go. Please cancel my entry for May 3 at 14.00.

Hello! I was examined by Doctor Elena Sudarikova and was completely delighted. The doctor is very disposed to himself, explains, tells and shows everything in an accessible language. The examination was carried out delicately, no painful sensations arose. I received detailed answers to my questions and recommendations were given. The clinic is clean, pleasant atmosphere. I would not advise a doctor, I was in the summer of 2021, now I am generally afraid to visit a gynecologist. And it was only an annual inspection. It was very painful, although this is a standard procedure (it was easier to pull out a tooth!) Although I heard great reviews, but not my case. It's a pity.

She planned to put a spiral, decided for a long time and put it off, when the issue became very relevant, on the advice of her friends, she turned to the GynPrahaPlus clinic directly to Dr. Tomilova. Since I read a lot of different things on the forums, a lot of questions arose to which the doctor clearly and intelligibly answered. The theoretical part is behind, practice is left, since the procedure is not pleasant, nevertheless, the doctor, as a professional in her field, was able to calm me down, although this is not an easy task :) In general, the procedure was successful and I was as satisfied as possible, so much so that I decided to write a review?
