FertilityPort Prague

Been with this clinic over the last few months. Traveling to a different country for care can be scary. These doctors and coordinators have made the process easy, as stress free as ivf can be, and provided quality medical care. Would recommend to everyone. Love the individualized care and smaller facility feel. It’s nice feeling like a cared for person, not just another medical case.

I would highly recommend Fertility Port Prague. Highly professional and invidiualized approach towards the patient. We were able to compare it with some initial consultation at other clinics in Prague and it is another level. The clinic is small, you don't have to wait in full waiting rooms and the interiors feel cozy. I have personally appreciated the care of Dr. Stepan Budka, who was our single point of contact available throughout the whole process and then even after our IVF joyrney. Dr. Stepan Budka is well spoken and has a real human approach, which matters a lot while undergoing IVF. All nurses at the clinic were also highly helpful and our overall feeling was fantastic. I highly recommend this clinic, even though they did not have any collaboration with Czech insurance in March 2019, it was absolutely worth every cent.

Our overall experience was excellent! Highly recommended to couples who are looking to do their fertility treatment in Prague. Their service is top-notch! •Coordinators We had 2 coordinators, Veronika from Praga Medica and Pavla from Fertility Port. Veronika was the first point of contact. She was the one that gave me all the information e.g. prices, what to expect about the process, etc. As soon as we have decided that we want to go with them and after the consultation with the doctor, I was endorsed to Pavla. Both of these ladies were readily available with quick responses no matter what time I reach out to them, usually through email. They are very patient and never did I feel that I was a nuisance to them. When Pavla was sick, there was another coordinator that helped me by the name of Lucie. I got the same treatment from her and I appreciate her for that. •Nurses & Doctors Dr. Budka- He was very professional and informative. He made us feel very comfortable with what we would be going through with the IVF process. He is knowledgeable and did everything he can so that we can do a fresh transfer. Dr. Jan- He did my transfer and he is just as professional and thorough as Dr. Budka. Nurses- They are all very helpful but the one that really stood out was Dana. I asked her to hold my hand during the transfer and she did! I felt she was a friend at that moment supporting me morally. It made the transfer easier for me because of her. •The Clinic As soon as you enter the clinic, you will be greeted with a smile. The clinic is clean, bright, inviting and calm. In regards to the appointment, I did not feel rushed. The doctor would actually sit down with you and explain to you what’s going to happen and after each monitoring ultrasound, he will tell you the result and what the next step would be. They are very hands on, have a good bedside manner and would really interact with you. I felt I wasn’t just a number but a human being trying to have a baby and they really want to help.

I can not say enough Fertility Port Prague. I came from the USA during covid and they were so helpful and communicative during the entire process. Dr. Jan was honest about what we should expect and gave us great advice while still listening to what we wanted to do and our coordinator Andrea became my favorite person in Prague during my 3 months there during lockdown. She truly cares and made me feel at home. In the end we used a donor egg and I'm now 16 weeks pregnant with my first child. I also had the most amazing nurse who made giving my blood feel like nothing, she was amazing! We chose fertility treatment abroad because our American health insurance didn't cover anything and this was an incredible and affordable option. I highly recommend Fertility Port and will send any friends who are thinking of fertility treatment abroad. Will hopefully be back in a few years for baby #2!

Last year in October me and my husband had our first go with the Clinic. Although it didn't work, we were positive, felt like home and Dr.Budka, Lucie and Eva were great!! We had opt for the package of 2 round goes. Last month when we called for our second gi, we found out that all the Staff that was there from last year left and the Doctors too.Me and my husband felt sorry since Dr.Budka and Lucie were like family for us...always there for any reason or querie.We were passed on to a new Consultant Simona, who was helping us prepare for our next go which was suppose to be next week..Last week I found out that yesterday was her last day since they no longer need her because everything changed and new people are in charge..me and my husband are devastated. Nobody from the clinic called us to inform us but just left us lime that, after that we spent money on our treatment, money on medication that I started taking for our second go and that is not going to happen since we no longer have a Coordinator and nobody from the Clinic got in touch with us. We already paid for our tickets and hotel...money troughn out the window...totally disgusted and ashamed. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS CLINIC!!! All the old staff was the best and would have never done something like that.

Absolutely Delighted to share my experience with Fertility Port Prague. From the first consultation we felt very welcomed and looked after. Amazing knowledge of Head Physician- Doctor Vicek get us to where we are now ! We are almost 14 weeks pregnant from our first single Embryo transfer with Twinnies! Our coordinator Andrea always went above our expectations at helping with planning our IVF journey, and without her we wouldn't be here leaving this post! All the other staff like embryologist and nurses were amazing too so really we are really happy with service and we are forever grateful for what everyone did for us At Fertility Port! We will always love you Sandy Andy and the Twinnies <3

I had the best medical experience with FertilityPort Prague that I've ever had in my life! I am forever grateful! I felt as though I was treated as a guest rather than a patient. They are so kind and attentive and always answer my emails immediately. I could never recommend FertilityPort Prague enough! Definitely 10 star!! I traveled from the USA to do an embryo adoption at this clinic and they made me feel so at home! I am now pregnant with twins!! I will always be incredibly grateful for FertilityPort Prague and all the dear people who work there!
