Dal bych nula hvezd, coz nejde, nicmene ve finale ta jedna hvezda je za lokalitu, protoze Vysoky Ujezd je opravdu nadherny. Doplneni Prosinec 2020 - projekt Zamecke zahrady Centrum. Po dvou vlhkych mesicich (rijen a listopad) se totalne zkroutily a zplesnively (vrstva asi 2 centimetr) listy u oken o cca 6 cm mimo osu,pricemz arogantni pan reklamacni technik z Crestylu sdeluje, ze je to mimi jine proto ze nepouzivame susicku na pradlo!!! Je to banda s absolutne antiklientskym pristupem! Nedoporucuji s nimi prijit do styku! In no case I do not recommend! Kladné hodnocení může dát jedině člověk, který si byt od Crestylu nekoupil a hodnotí na základě vizualizací a slibů developera. Poplatky za byty jsou výrazně vyšší, než je klientům slíbeno při koupi bytu. Hluk v bytech je slyšet od sousedů, ze společné chodby, skrz stěny, a to víc než v panelovém domě na sídlišti. Pokud sousedi nad Vámi mluví, slyšíte každé slovo, chůzi po podlaze, jejich televizi. V životě jsem nic takového nezažil - ani v jiné novostavbě a dokonce ani v paneláku. Nový byt předali neuklizený, špinavý a pomočený vedle toalety. Rozvody topení v bytě nejsou podle původních plánů - prostředek obývacího pokoje tedy prakticky netopí. Garáže nejsou nijak vyspádované, voda se v nich drží, nejsou odtokové kanálky a v některých případech teče voda i do sklepů. V manuálech pro kupující je alibisticky uvedeno, že si musíte osušit celé auto před vjezdem do garáže. Případný přístřešek a místo k tomu určené však chybí. Jakmile pošlete peníze na účet, už nikoho nezajímáte. V žádném případě nedoporučuji koupi bytu. Na trhu je velká spousta developerů. Cena naprosto neúměrná kvalitě. The new apartment was handed over to unclean, dirty and watered by the toilet. The distribution of the heating in the apartment is not according to the original plans - the means of the living room does not practically bend. The garages are not crowded, the water is held in them, there are no drainage channels and in some cases the water flows into the cellars. In the buyer's manual, it is alibiously stated that you have to dry the entire car before entering the garage. However, a shelter and a designated area are missing. Once you send money to your account, you are not interested anymore. In any case, I do not recommend buying an apartment. There are a lot of developers on the market. Price totally disproportionate to quality.

Zdaleka ne každý developer postaví místo obytné plochy plochu šatny, za kterou ne každý klient je připraven v Praze zaplatit. Na stránce novostavby.com jsem našla i další pozitivní recenze k těmto dispozicím, jsou tam ale i výtky typu izolace mezi bytama. Velice dlouho a s průtahy trvalo předání nemovitosti, právní odd. zdržovalo kontrolu a podpis zástavní smlouvy, na předložení a podpis kupní smlouvy jsme také dlouho čekali, zatímco Crestyl od nás očekával podpisy na místě, jim trvalo vč. urgencí nejméně 14 dní. Návrh na vklad vlastnického práva byl také podán až po smluvně sjednané lhůtě, totéž výmaz zástavního práva, který nejsou ani po téměř 2. měsících od koupě schopni vymazat! Na výzvy reagují laxně, bez zájmu o klienta. Co se týče kvality prodávaných nemovitostí, tak i zde pociťuji velké zklamání. Jemné dokončovací práce jsou velmi ledabylé. Odstraňování vad a nedodělků se táhne. Unfortunately, we have an equally negative experience, which is already expressed here. They respond to challenges laxly, without interest in the client. As for the quality of the properties sold, I feel very disappointed here as well. Fine finishing work is very sloppy. Elimination of defects and unfinished work is dragging on.

Nedostatočná komunikácia ohľadom termínov podpisu zmlúv a naťahovanie termínov odovzdania nemovitosti zbytočne komplikuje život. Nás navyše stála nemalé peniaze a niekoľkonásobné sťahovanie celej rodiny a vecí. Žiaden záujem zo strany Crestylu. Lokalita Vysokého Újezdu, stavebná firma a vysoká kvalita prevedenia domu je veľkým plusom, avšak pochvala prislúcha výlučne stavebnej firme. Úroveň jednania stavebnej firmy, ako aj drobné úpravy opäť na výbornú. Disinterest and the approach of the customer department spoils the impression of the whole process.
