★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Viška nám pomohl s prodejem bytu. Nemuseli jsme se vůbec o nic starat - vše zařídil a byt se prodal velmi rychle a k naší spokojenosti. Skvělá komunikace a velmi příjemná spolupráce - mohu jediné doporučit! A navíc je to velký sympaťák;)
 Mr. Viška helped us with the sale of the apartment. We didn't have to worry about anything at all - he arranged everything and the apartment was sold very quickly and to our satisfaction. Great communication and very pleasant cooperation - I can only recommend! Plus, he's a great guy;)

Mr. Viška was very professional and helpful. He explained everything to us, answered all our questions and was not even afraid to point out the minor shortcomings of the apartment. I can recommend cooperation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meeting Mr. Viška during a viewing of a cottage/homestead was a pleasure. My Czech is not good enough to allow me to discuss the technical details of a property. But Mr Viška did not hesitate to speak perfectly English with me, which i very much appreciated.
Mr. Viška took the time to show us around and to answer our questions polite, fair and professionally.
Overall I got the impression that he is putting the property itself as the main topic on the agenda and not his ego, what is often a big issue with real-estate agents nowadays. Many agents tend to create a "show" including odd videos about real estate objects for sale, in which they show themselves more than the actual property. So thankfully Mr. Viška is taking a different approach. After considering the price and current state of the property we decided not to continue our interest for the time being.
