★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osobně jsem místo nenavštívila. Osobní zkušenost s ERA Reality - špatná, spíš nulová komunikace ohledně jejich nabízeného bytu.
I personally did not visit the place. Personal experience with ERA Reality - bad, rather zero communication about their offered apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Podzemný z Opavy.. byli jsme na prohlídce, byt se nám moc libil, okamžitě jsem ho vzal, řekl zítra vám pošlu smlouvu, potom nic, pak řekl za hodinu vám pošlu smlouvu, stále nic, až nakonec z toho bylo 8 dní a museli se vnucovat a vyptávat až nám řekl po 9dnech že byt už dostal někdo jiný.. domluva jako s malým dítětem, věčně nezvedal telefony, nevolal zpět.. odvolal jsem prohlídky dalších bytů, které mezitím jsou pryč..
Mr. Podzemný from Opava .. we were on a tour, we liked the apartment very much, I took it immediately, he said I will send you a contract tomorrow, then nothing, then he said I will send you a contract in an hour, still nothing, until finally it was 8 days and they had to force themselves and ask until he told us after 9 days that someone else had already got the apartment .. agreement like with a small child, he didn't pick up the phones forever, he didn't call back .. I canceled the inspections of other apartments, which are gone in the meantime ..
