★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to share an updated review of the services provided by the real estate management side of the agency, after a misunderstanding and me clearly voicing my concerns I received swift feedback from the facility manager who is our POC regarding a solution, very glad to see that there is reciprocity to feedbacks and willingness to improve. Special thanks to our manager Mrs. Cvrckova, as she has been responsive and helpful. Hoping that it will be smooth sailing from this point on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a real estate company that is trusted, hard working, helpful and many more things then look no further than Bohemian Estates. I've been with them for over 8 years and they have looked after a couple of rental apartments for me and till recently they sold both my apartments at a good market rate for this period. Through the years I've dealt with many of their staff and all have been brilliant (Anna, Lenka, Darja, Jana, Michaela, Darina and Karolina and Robert) and want to say a big thank you to you all. Its hard to find good people, let alone a company that you can put all your trust into. Keep doing what you are doing :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to give 1 star to Bohemian Estates - they cancelled on me the very last night before we were supposed to sign the contract.
I found a flat, agreed with the sales rep (Yury) on contact details - scheduled an appointment to sign the contract. Everything went well, but the very last night before signing - they sent an email apologizing that they decided to give a flat to another client who agreed to pay more..
I understand the real estate market is tough, but cancelling on settled contract the very last night before signing - this is totally unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very professional service that Bohemian Estate offers, but what makes different is the people working there. I was very fortunate to have Yury Vachugov. He was not only super professional, but also very kind and accommodating. I needed to find the apartment very quickly and lot of back and forth day and night, but he was always very prompt and gave all information I need. Yes, I will definitely engage them (and hope Yury) when I need to find another apartment!
