Very good authorized service, where I liked to commute for about 6 years. Friendly, helpful staff, prompt action and flexibility in solving problems. The quality of their service is evidenced, among other things, by the fact that I recently sold my Fabia after about 6 years from roughly the same condition in which I once bought it.

I appreciate the great behavior and experience of the service consultant Mr. Bufák, who was the only one of the addressed services to recognize the defect by phone and subsequently repaired it on the spot while waiting. I can recommend.

We bought a new Škoda Kamiq car here from Mr. Kopecký. Absolutely amazing agreement, everything carefully explained was just a little confusion about buying an old car, but it was worth a try. Havex car I RECOMMEND :)

In the case of this service, one star is really a lot. On February 23, I had a full service inspection of my newly purchased used here. The price agreed by phone is CZK 3,000 - 6,000, after arriving at the place the price changed to CZK 8,000, which I agreed to and had the car serviced. Subsequently, an SMS came stating that I could pick up the car and the price is CZK 12,000. I didn't understand that, so I contacted Mr. Wiesner and I must say that I was amused by his argument that I could be glad that he didn't let me make brakes and divorces right there, that I would have it for 30,000 CZK and that he didn't know what would I do with it then: D. However, we agreed on the price and I left with the car. Unfortunately, the biggest problem occurred today, March 1, when I drove a serviced car for the first time. Thank God I stopped at a gas station before entering the highway and found that oil was leaking. So the called tow truck and then transfer to another service. Result: a dropped oil filter cover. In addition, they told me in the new service that the filter was definitely not changed. HAVEX - auto, but of course they did not forget to charge him on the invoice together with the filter attachment, the seal and other things. I must say that I am curious how the company will react to this situation, so far without an answer. I'm grateful to have noticed the oil before I got on the highway. Because not only would I totally make a car, but I could endanger myself, my child in the back seat, and other road users. So I wouldn't even entrust them with a bicycle next time.
