I am not yet able to evaluate Getberg as a whole, as well as their products, as my girlfriend and I are only in the process of signing contracts. But I firmly believe that he will live up to his promises and reputation. But what I can evaluate is the approach and work of Mr. Dominic Toman, whom his work obviously enjoys and fulfills. He was very patient and helpful in all our questions (and there were few of them), communication was fast, he had an answer to all questions, if not, he found out within a few hours from his colleagues in other departments, he was willing, even outside his working hours and days. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs. Tetiana Maistrenko from the Legal Department, thank you for your patient, polite and empathetic behavior.

Hello, I would like to write a real experience for a Getberg client. 2 years ago, we took over our house in Vysoké Újezd, BlackRoofs project, from this company. And during this time, I must admit that cooperation in resolving complaints / defects is really disastrous. Already when we took over the house on May 27, 2020, we reported that we did not find the roof gable, which, as we later found out, is really noisy, in the wind / rain you feel that part of it is loose. Yes, I know that the tin roof is noisier and I have experience with it, but it is necessary to have it checked by a plumber who was promised to us, but there was none in 2 years. Another thing that has been criticized from the beginning is that water pours through the glass shed before entering the house, not dripping, pouring. We have been told that this is a design element that should not have been here at all, but if it is already here, it should protect us from the initial rain when entering the house. Reality, with every rain, the whole area is wet before entering the house. No, it's not water drops, it pours through the roof nicely on the doorknob and water pours through the front door, it's really a pleasure to enter the house in the rain. There was some putty and molding, but it doesn't work… The shelter does not fulfill its function. Another amazing thing was our shower, which was dismantled after our repeated emergencies because our water was not running out. During the dismantling, we were damaged by flying glass, a wooden floor, where there are still scratches and deep grooves. Mr. Floorer exchanged three planks at the shower, but wonder of the world, the floor is all laid out… perfect experience when you in the bathroom every time you walk, brush your teeth, a new floor. Mr. Floorer glued the floor once in a few places, but he keeps throwing and I can't call him. Please note that I have asked several times if it will be okay after the exchange. So the floor is torn and still damaged. The promised compensation for the shower screen, which was dismantled a year ago, is nowhere to be seen. Yes, we had a new shower there, because the screen was absolutely stupid… when water from the shower splashes on your wooden floor, it's not good, but it doesn't change the fact that if I promise to send someone at least minimal compensation, then I have to send her. Another experience was that last year 3/2021 we started to have water flowing through the outlet of the recuperation unit on the roof. Yes, it may happen that it is badly insulated, the hired company for repair re-insulated our recuperation and the world is surprised, in 3/2022 this situation is repeated, but the water does not flow from the outlet on the roof, but directly from the recuperation unit… several liters The water flooded our technical room along with a lot of personal belongings. I contacted Getberg again on behalf of the complaints parties, Mr Balun, who contacted the company that isolated the recuperation from us a year ago. I also contacted this company, but the owner of the company no longer wants to have anything to do with Getberg and will not deal with the complaint with us. Yes, we no longer enjoyed it, so another company came here to look at the repair budget. I would need to agree with Getberg whether he agrees with the repair and whether he will pay for the repair, because the house is under warranty, but if no one communicates with you, he will not answer your phone, so you will not agree with anyone. Another thing we are dealing with here is mold in the bedroom, which is probably formed due to the thermal bridge, when the insulation at the door is probably missing, but no one wants to solve it either. So now the fairy tale from the company, why is it all so: the company that built the house is, according to them, insolvent, and that's why poor Getberg has to take everything into account and deal with complaints instead of this company. Even if this company is insolvent, we are the end customers who live in this house and we really do not want to constantly demand countless times reported repairs. We are really very tolerant, but this is too much. Yes, there are defects in the houses. Not everything will work out right away, but it is important to solve it and you will not see that in this company. If you want to maintain your mental health, avoid this company.
