My 2nd visit but not coming back, receptionist is announcing to the whole waiting room what procedure you are getting. It happened here before as well. Unacceptable!!

I went to Dr Alberto for a procedure and I’m petrified of needles. His bed side manner is amazing, he calmed me down and was so gentle while doing the procedure I barely felt a thing.

I first visited this clinic for a nose correction by Dr Alberto Leguina-Ruzzi. After a childhood scar left me with a small - yet to me irritating - hump on my nose, I finally summoned the courage to do something about it. Dr Leguina-Ruzzi recommended a PDO thread lift and minor use of filler to correct it. My experience was incredible, mainly because during the healing process, which can be rather scary for inexperienced clients like myself, the Dr was readily available via whatsapp, helping me gain perspective on what is normal, checking in on me etc. i felt very, very well taken care of. With such a great experience I spontaneously decided to try out lip fillers (something I had been curious about). The Dr went as slow as I had asked, injecting only a little but if Hyaloronic Acid the first time around. Unfortunately, despite that he created a beautiful pair of lips, I couldn’t get used to how it looked on me. Being very scared of another set of injections, I found out about a new product, barely on the market, that would be able to adjust hyaloronic acid levels topically. Dr Leguina-Ruzzi didn’t brush me off, he took every concern seriously. He ended up educating himself in the use of the new product, acquiring it for the clinic (as one of the first in the Czech Republic) and helped me get back to a pair of lips that I felt comfortable with. This is a very competent, very kind and humane dermatologist and plastic surgeon who I would recommend at all times. Thank you for taking good care of me.

I had initially an unpleasant situation with the receptionist but I want to thank Michaela for reaching out to me and apologizing for the incident. She made sure I got a great service when I went back to the clinic and the Dr. that carried on the procedure was very kind and professional. I did not feel any pain and everything went smoothly. What happened before was an isolated incident and I am happy with the service.

Went in to see Dr. Berts to get a light touch up on my lips and I can say that I am very pleased with the results. It was my first time getting any kind of cosmetic procedure done but Dr. Berts made me feel comfortable and explained everything from start to finish. I definitely recommend him for all your beautifying needs!!

Place is nice and clean and they speak English. However I was not impressed by the professionalism of the doctor especially when she was injecting my scalp with the treatment and the syringe broke on my head. (they offered me one more treatment for free though)

Alberto is an amazing professional. I went to the clinic last September after many recommendations about his work. At first sight, Alberto and the ladies at the clinic make you feel safe and serious about the treatments. After my consultation with Alberto I decided to go for the product and quantity he recommended me to have in my lips for natural volume (I was very scared since I have seen plenty of bad results on the internet for famous people). After 4 months I would like to say that I'm happier than ever and more confident with my lips. He noticed immediately what was the points that were bothering me and he managed it with a very professional and close touch. I'm looking forward to continue working together in my confidence!
