★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá PRÁCE !!! Navštívil jsem showroom (chtěl jsem fyzicky vidět) vybral myčku s dobrým výkladem a porovnáním (mamince k vánocům) dostal slevu (nikde není levnější!) a z tepla domova objednal..... a za 24hod stojí myčka na místě určení !! Doprava zdarma ? ... DOPORUČUJI
Good job !!! I visited the showroom (I wanted to see it physically), chose a dishwasher with a good interpretation and comparison (my mother for Christmas) got a discount (it's not cheaper anywhere!) And ordered from the warmth of home ... Free shipping ? ... I RECOMMEND

Doporučuji vybrat si jinou značku spotřebičů, protože vůbec nemají zajištěný pozáruční servis a neochota na jejich zákaznické lince je alarmující. Na 4 roky staré myčce mi nebyli schopni zajistit nikoho, kdo by myčku opravil. Nakonec mi už operátorka paní M. když zjistila, že opět volám já a chci jiný kontakt na servis, tak už mě když slyšela jméno, normálně vypnula a číslo blokovala. Opraváři jsou buď daleko, nebo nechtějí dělat pozáruční opravy. TAkže myčka na vyhození. Děkuji Beko, ale už nikdy Vaši značku nechci. A doporučuji všem si tuto značku nekupovat. Nechtěla jsem zvýraznit žádnou hvězdičku, ale bez označení nejde zveřejnit, proto je jedna hvězda zvýrazněná, ale jinak zkušenost je určitě nula hvězd.
I have only negative experiences with this brand. I recommend choosing another brand of appliances, because they do not have post-warranty service at all and the reluctance on their customer line is alarming. They could not provide me with a 4-year-old dishwasher to repair the dishwasher. In the end, the operator, Mrs. M., when I found out that I was calling again and I wanted another contact for service, when she heard the name, she normally turned off and blocked the number. Repairmen are either far away or do not want to make post-warranty repairs. Also a dishwasher for disposal. Thank you Beko, but I never want your brand again. And I recommend everyone not to buy this brand. I didn't want to highlight any asterisk, but it can't be published without a label, so one star is highlighted, but otherwise the experience is definitely zero stars.
