Ironické poznámky typu: “to bude teda party”, “to vás ve čtyřiceti přejde” apod. Jednalo se o pobočku OC Nisa v Liberci. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have never encountered such unpleasant, arrogant and elevated service. She literally laughed at my choice of goods. Ironic remarks such as: "it will be a party", "it will pass you in your forties", etc. It was a branch of OC Nisa in Liberec.

Zamítnutou reklamaci řeším již s právníky a paní můžu ujistit, že jí udělám velmi dobré jméno. Kupovala jsem dva balonky s čísly a nechala naplnit heliem (každý za 200,-). Ptala jsem se, jak dlouho vydrží a jestli to přežije i vyšší teploty, načež na mě prodavačka vyštěkla, že není tak horko. Jeden mi prasknul ještě cestou k autu. Když jsem se vrátila, prodavačka na mě začala řvát, že jsem ho musela někde zničit. Musela jsem koupit další, protože lepení a opětovné plnění balonu je prý za 190 Kč. Druhý balon se vyfouknul cestou na oslavu. Sumarizace: 600 Kč naprosto zbytečně utracených a jednání s arogantní osobou, která Vám dokáže pokazit den. I strongly do not recommend the shop in the Nové Butovice Gallery. There are many other party supply shop and online shops for much better price and service. This place will not even let you exchanged unpacked goods within couple of days of purchase.
