★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is ALWAYS something with ordered pizzas. No matter if it's with delivery or take away. I just ordered Hawaii pizza, took it and went home to find out that I received JUST HAM pizza. With deliveries it happened many time to receive wrong order also. AND I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMET THERE SO HOW THEY MESSED IT UP?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your best option if you want cheesy crust. Price is fairly high and portion size could be better, but they use good quality ingredients.
Staff is amazing and does its best if you have a custom requests, however that seem to be fairly restricted by corporate guidelines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orderd pizza for 9pm OC Butovice is 9 minutes from our house and the delivery man calls in 9:21 that he will arive in ten minutes that means he havnt even got the pizza yet so like......... Why would you order your pizza hear there are much better pizzas with deliveries that are on time. I would not recommend buying a pizza here. >:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frankly, Pizza Hut at Butovice is lucky that this is only one review, but I am putting two experiences into one review. My last two experiences with them involved ordering to have pizzas delivered, and each time being let down by them.
The first time we ordered we waited 90 minutes without any word from them until I called. They informed me that our order was on its way but the driver forgot one of the pizzas so he had to return. I asked for a discount but they didn't want to give me one so I cancelled the order knowing that by the time I got the food it would be cold.
The second time came when I ordered three pizzas about 30 minutes before closing, knowing that it normally takes them about 15 minutes from prior experience at other locations. Frankly, if you are going to advertise that your restaurant is open till a certain time, and delivers, then be prepared to serve all orders including those that come within ample time at the end of the day. After five minutes I got a call from someone there that it would take them 90 minutes to deliver such an order. BULL.....! They just didn't want to be bothered.
The guy who called me said his boss would call me to explain. He never called. Didn't have the guts, or interest. Fine, you don't need my money. Don't waste your time with them, and don't give them your money. If there would be any justice then Pizza Hut would pull the franchise rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered from here multiple times for delivery via Wolt and also sitting in Galerie. Almost every time they mess something up. Either totally overcooking the pizzas (my last delivery had the entire top of the pizza burnt brown) or getting the order wrong. I’ve given it enough chances so I won’t be ordering from here again.
